Location, supermarket and cafe in same street and food next door. Suit was spacious, comfortable, and all expected amenities. Breakfast a plus even though my flight to early for second morning. Shuttle transport to airport was reliable and good. 24hr Tea/Coffee available in reception a nice touch. A very popular place.
Staff need more training….Their system failed me on arrival not put on contact list even though left my luggage at 9.10am. At 4pm told room not ready but they picked up own failure and gave me a room. Not sure it was the best Bay outlook that I had paid for. 4am wake up call never happened. I booked 5am shuttle on arrival with reception but put it down for wrong day. Whoever, discovered it did not move it to right day. If I had not gone to counter to pay for shuttle I would not have had 5am pick up for airport. On checking out gave this positive feedback to reception at 5am and the male staff member happy to accept it and pass on to manager. He said they were happy to have feedback as had new staff. This was obvious and I suggested more training.

The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options and so nice to have a free hot breakfast included . Saved us a ton of money! To find a hotel this price downtown is rare and we were overall very pleased with our stay.
The room could have been a little cleaner, an upgrade to the beds / linens would take this place up a notch, but it was still absolutely fine for me and my family’s 2 day stay after a concert at the climate pledge arena! We were able to walk to and from the venue and it felt very safe, well lit and extremely conveniently located. Thank you!

Good breakfast with oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea and juice. The hotel was very full of pre- and post-cruise travelers during the weekend we stayed. They ran out of coffee and eggs quickly, but the staff worked very hard to keep refilling. I really liked the configuration of the rooms, with a bedroom separated from the hallway and elevator noise by the living room, kitchenette/bathroom and a bedroom door.
Parking was expensive, but the location of parking spaces felt very secure and protected from the elements behind a garage door. It wasn't clear to me where to park my car while I was checking in to the hotel, so I parked curbside in front and was a little worried about being ticketed for parking while waiting in a long line to check in.

I am currently working with Booking.com to try and find out why I was charged for a supposed no-show additional reservation for the same timeframe. I have no record of making an additional reservation and therefore should not have been billed an additional $500+. I thought the hotel was great but not happy with the response I got from them. Having worked in the hotel business for 20 years, it seems that when the reservations folks or front desk folks saw a reservation supposedly for two people with the same name (Jim Rutherford and James Rutherford), they would have flagged it and asked upon check-in if there was a double booking.

Great location, great service, great room, great hot breakfast included. We got a huge 3 room suite for the price of a regular room with an ocean view. It came with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, no need to run down the hall for ice! The Space needle was a 15 minute walk, the Pike's Place fish market was a 25 minute walk. The entrance to the hotel was very spacious as was the breakfast area, plenty of room for everyone to sit. The staff was very friendly with recommendations of where to eat and how to get to attractions. I got a text after we checked into our room asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything. I thought this was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to stay another night. We HIGHLY recommend this place.

I really liked the location. We came for a Kraken game and loved that it was like a 5 minute walk. The room was nice and cozy and loved the option of the pull out bed and the kitchenette was pretty cool. We didn’t stay long enough to use it but great price for everything we got. The breakfast had lots of options! It was good in taste, nothing crazy but pretty typical for hot hotel breakfast.
Location was a pain for parking to check in and the parking garage was super tight spaces, but they comp’d our parking fee without us asking which was pretty awesome. The WiFi was a little difficult to figure out, but after calling the front desk for help we got it working great! One thing that’s a bummer is I was trying to book a future stay in Aug for a concert and the prices skyrocketed $200+, which is typical for hotels, just bummed I can’t stay again on my next trip over.

The bay room suite had excellent views, floor to ceiling windows. Spacious living area and kitchen. Bathroom was large and beds comfortable. Our suite was right next to the elevator which was convenient. Was surprised it was so quiet given the suite location. Also appreciated the helpful staff and shuttle service to the pier.
Someone left the curtains open prior to our check in and the sun had heated up the room through the huge windows. Air conditioner was locked at set temp so we couldn't get the temp down. We were baking for quite some time. Also one elevator was out of order so very long waits and queue to get downstairs/upstairs 6 flights. Took stairs mostly.

- great breakfast - reception staff helpful - guest laundry useful - clean - good kitchen, but not quite enough dishes - good location if you like walking (walk up to space needle then can catch monorail easily) or walk along the waterfront to downtown area
- often had to ask for extra towels because not enough brought to room - unable to complete additional housekeeping on the 1 time it was requested during our 5 night stay (staff not available despite asking early and signs in room saying it was available - trash can overflowing!) - not many convenience stores/restaurants nearby, but there was a small shop at reception

We flew into Seattle and took a taxi to the hotel. We loved that we could walk to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and do site seeing by foot. Breakfast had everything we needed and the staff were attentive to restocking food as it was depleted. I appreciated that there were laundry machines available-makes a week long cross country trip much easier when you don't need to bring 7 changes of clothing. Also great to have a kitchen so we could save money and eat in the comfort of our room for some meals, take out gets old after a few days! We left Seattle by extending our west coast vacation to visit Victoria BC Canada. We at breakfast super early for us and then we walked about 15 minutes to the ferry terminal. Perfect!
Nothing needs improvement

The staff was especially friendly. The breakfast was a good array of choices and it was super close to Climate Change Arena. We also liked the walk along the water toward the pier.
Our room, a King suite, only had one window in the back of the room. The room got a little stuffy with 4 people and not much airflow.
