Regular breakfast options plus special items like Spinach Cheese frittatas (great), or quinoa & kale egg white (not tried) were offered. Appreciated coffee 24/7. Very informative list of area restaurants and delivery area served … staff helped send us in the correct direction. The quick 4 block walk puts you at the Space Needle sites. The MoPOP is well worth a stroll covering music/culture from Seattle Grunge to Hendrix to Nirvana to Science Fiction icons to Fantasy info (Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, D&D) … and take the monorail to a 5 block walk to Pike’s Market. The location is perfect.

Breakfast is very busy and crowded. The waffle machines got a workout. Staff kept replacing the eggs (cage free scrambled) and other regular buffet items. Inconsiderate guests leaving tables quite messy didn’t help newer arrivals from readily finding places to eat. When alerted, staff quickly cleared tables. Only real complaint was the info card given to us on arrival. There was just too much on the card … and the contrast of black type against deeper blue made reading the info difficult. The size of the card was equal to about half a playing card. Our older eyes need better contrast and larger type, or at least a line space between info subjects

The staff was wonderful, and even was able to accommodate me arriving a little early on the day of check-in. The hotel is centrally located, giving easy access to downtown Seattle and the convention center. It is also right next to the Space Needle, and some of the rooms even have a great view of it.

The buffet breakfast had just the right amount of variety. Just enough of a variety for a filling breakfast. Hot and cold food and drinks available. The staff kept the area clean, and there was plenty of seating for guests. The rooms were clean, and were available to bring extra items within 5-10 minutes of request. Room was non-smoking. I like that the garage was gated. Also the hotel was in close proximity to all of the attractions we visited.

The parking garage was a little difficult to navigate in and out due to the sharp u-turn needed to get in and out.

The location really is everything for this hotel! A couple blocks from the space needle was ideal. We highly recommend going to Portage Bay for breakfast which is also within walking distance! Seattle is such a walkable city and this hotel really was everything proximity wise. If we were going somewhere just outside walking distance we love to use the lime/bird scooters that were always parked right out front of the hotel. This area was safe with minimal unhoused population surrounding this area. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable and I wouldn't recommend it enough! We would absolutely stay here again. Very grateful for an option for non-underground parking as we have a tall vehicle as well.

Nothing we didn't like! Noticed there are a lot of kids sports teams that stayed here, but that didn't bother our group and they were quiet and respectful!

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Downtown Seattle was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to major attractions and dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I felt welcome throughout my visit. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seattle

The location was perfect, close to most tourist attractions. The room was clean, and breakfast was great. The room included a coffee machine and an iron. There’s also a gym in the hotel if you feel like exercising.

I didn’t like that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal, but I would have preferred it to be inside. The lighting could also be improved. It was a bit dark even with all the lights on.

Excellent breakfast and the location was great to walking to Pike Place and space needle turistic locations.

The only thing that would be better is the breakfast area, I believe the seating area is limited, and sometimes we were to eat the breakfast at the room as there was no table available. Also we didn't receive the rooms close to each other as we stated in the booking, I got the second floor, my cousin was up at the 4th floor and other at the 3rd floor.

Lovely modern hotel near the Space Needle. It was clean and bright, our room was huge and had a great view of the Space Needle. Check-in was easy and we didn't have any problems.

Parking out front was sparse - there is an underground garage, but there were cars blocking the entrance when we checked in, so we just parked out front. Breakfast was ok, but very crowded - I think we were there when several tour groups and cruise ship passengers were also in residence.

The room was great,really clean with a large and comfy bed. The bathroom was spaceous. Also, my window faced the Space Needle,which was an extra bonus.

Short breakfast time,I think it was only 3h on the weekend and since it's a pretty large hotel,it was packed at 8AM,when I came downstairs. So many people were queuing already. Also,it looked like the food options were pretty limited,which was disappointing,so I decided to have my breakfast at a local cafe instead.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and the room amenities (microwave, coffee maker and fridge) are very useful.

Unfortunately the breakfast does not offer many options and every morning it is very crowded, the breakfast room and the buffet being quite small for such a large hotel. The fridge in the room would have been even more useful if it only cooled and didn't freeze the food.
