Everything from location , check in , staff , comfort of room and value . Great lounge / bar area . I loved the hotel location and the area was so clean .

There’s nothing I didn’t like . Even those the rooms were a little small , it felt comfortable and cozy .

The room was clean, centric location, you get a free drink when checking in, (I needed it!). The bed was ok. Very modern, hip decor. Minimalist, but I do need a table and a place to put my stuff!

NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED!!! very disappointed! Property was listed as including breakfast - which it DOESN'T!!! you cannot call breakfast a cup of coffee and a croissant from a bar. No microwave, no fridge in the rooms. Ironing is communal. I checked in with a nice gentleman the night I arrived. The next morning there was a girl, I went downstairs looking for my breakfast and found NADA!!! The girl at the check in that morning, was very rude and dry at the beginning. After I called her on that she tried to be nice, but the first bad taste was already there.

From the pictures and discription I was thinking the coffee was in the room. But, it was down stairs. Once I got the minimalist concept of the place it was cool. It was the first time I stayed in a place like this. No point in having an ironing board in every room when you can just have one down the hall. I found it by accident. In the morning the lobby was pretty full and they ran out of coffee. Seems like it might be better with a little more staff on a Sunday morning.

Great location with parks and restaurants close by. The main lobby had a homey modern feel that was welcoming and comfortable. Staff was very nice always smiling with genuine conversations. Our pups were even very comfortable! Will be back for sure!!

Had to pay for street parking but luckily was only one day since free on Sunday and evenings. But did add up during the day

Moxy is set in the heart of DT in a nice area that is pretty central to many things. I appreciated the friendly staff & found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was so sweet & hardworking! The hooks in the room were so handy, too, for all my wet clothes from being out in the nice Seattle rain. Definitely seems to cater to masculine techbro vibes, but it still works for my late-thirties sensibility-simple, clean with a good location.

I did not realize the room did not have a fridge, which was a bummer, but oh well, shame on me for not paying attention. I don't know if other rooms have them, but just be aware of that when booking. I feel bad that the staff has to hang out in that bright pink lobby after dark. It's a bit extra/clubbish & not super pleasant, IMO. It was like when Kramer had the bright red Kenny Roger's Chicken sign outside his apartment window on Seinfeld...not putting that on the great staff though, thats on the brand.

Loved the decor and having access to a bar with snacks available.

The designs in the room are very efficient however not much room to actually unpack anything and it is a bit unsightly to be hanging clothes on hooks. So even just a very small dresser somewhere tucked in the corner might be nice.

Location was great and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed spending time in the bar and common areas. The room was small but very comfortable. Not only aesthetically pleasing but functional design as well. Most staff went above and beyond one team member even ran out to buy cream because they ran out and I was having coffee.

I received an email from the hotel asking me to check in on their app but it kept erroring out so I gave up. When I arrived at the hotel I mentioned it to the clerk and she let me know they aren't doing that anymore which is fine but, I spent half an hour trying to make the mobile check in work which was frustrating. Don't send that email if the function doesn't work. Only thing that was troublesome at the property was that there was supposed to be food available at the bar and over half the menu was out of stock. Also, they didn't have a coffee maker in the room because the coffee was supposed to be available downstairs in the common area. I was only able to find coffee there once out of the 4 times I attempted to get a cup and they were out of cream

Convenient location in downtown Seattle. The hotel is modern and clean and there was street parking nearby. Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are minimalist so for one night I don’t mind not having a closet or fridge, but would be bothered if I was planning to stay longer.

Great location! Perfect for walkable distance to all the sites. Very welcoming and comfortable.

My air conditioner broke on my last night and the heat wouldn’t work. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it. But the staff were amazing and offered me to move rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very close to everything and easy to get in and out by Uber, electric scooter, and bike.

The room I stayed in didn’t have a minibar, which I missed — though I’m not sure if that’s the case for all rooms. Also, check-in could be earlier.
