The courtyard is a good hotel -- nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. I wish there had been an outdoor patio/courtyard for guests, and I also wish they had a pool, but it is right across from Lake Union where you can watch people swimming and paddleboarding. You can walk or run the Lake Union trail, or take a decent walk to downtown and/or Seattle center. It's a great location if you don't mind some decent walks. The neighborhood was better than expected even with all the construction, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

No outdoor areas to sit and have a drink/coffee. No pool. Lots of construction happening very close by.

The "oversize" parking only mean "taller" vehicles. Payin $50 to park in a sardine can is a nightmare! DO NOT BRING A PICKUP OR FULL SIZE SUV! I like that the garage was secure, but it takes an 85 point turn to park and leave/enter the garage. Other than the overpriced tight parking I am very happy with this place.

The hotel was easy to get in and out of and close to areas to walk and eat, shop, etc. The blackout curtains in the room were some of the best I've ever seen. Having traveled from the east coast and getting over the time change, it was nice to be able to darken the room to sleep.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It checked all of the boxes.

They had fresh steel cut oatmeal with all the trimmings. The people working there were kind and genuine, I think solicitous, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. We had stayed there before the renovation and really liked the reno details and everything, except some of the upholstered cushions in the breakfast room, was spotless.

I’m am not a fan of noisy refrigerators in the bedroom, but I just unplug it.

Location was great. free parking across the street at night. nice views. great staff

restaurant food was mediocre at best, but service was fast and friendly. decor is clearly aimed to young male software engineers— not enough light in room to apply makeup and no makeup mirror:)

• awesome staff, multiple individuals • great check-in process even with multiple people checking in. • Great views of lake from 2nd floor elevator and up! • Parking across street was free and very easily-accessible and right across the street from front door of hotel! • great downtown access and access to highways • 2 Starbucks on same street within 3 mins driving of hotel! • Hospitality with the ladies that clean the rooms was awesome!

• So not cool that many hotels are getting away from both microwave and fridge in unit; this is a reflection of the times and current industry trends. • Seemed like it was one tiny wastebasket in room; either a second on or a larger one in a better location in the room would have been more accommodating;

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The adjoining door and hearing the people next to us auguring loudly at 5am in the morning. Not much rest after having a late night from going to a concert.

Location was great, and fairly easy to get to. Walking distance from a lot of attractions in Seattle. Room was quiet and had a lovely view.

Parking was a bit expensive, windows were a bit dirty so the view wasn't a nice as it could have been.

It has a good location with a beautiful view to the lake. Rooms are nice.

They don’t clean up your room if you stay less than two nights which I find even insulting for the price paid. It is on the short stays that you expect your room to be nice. First hotel that I’ve experienced this.

Location and staff were really lovely.

I liked everything- but oddly on a Tuesday night there was a boat party that went from 10pm-11pm or maybe even later. It sounded like my room was at a college party- no fun!
