The front staff was very welcoming. They offered us a walkable options for food and other conveniences around the hotel. They also handed us complementary water bottles which we use for the complementary Keurig coffee in the room. The bar looked beautiful and the restaurant smelled amazing every time he pass by. It's such a walkable distance from the rail and bus stops. The rooms were very clean. The beds were nice and firm.
The heater took a little bit long to heat the room but it ended up heating up the room eventually.. nothing major.

Room was nice. Restaurant and bar were nice, but the restaurant has a very limited menu. Convenient parking but for price.
Parking fee that I wasn’t told about until I got a later confirmation that I was also paying an additional $67 dollars per night to stay in the under the hotel parking garage that they say they don’t own……sorry. Also for a pricy room there is no free breakfast included……but “available”. So there was a small buffet breakfast that my wife said let’s do…..nothing exciting. That cost us like $23 a piece plus drinks. So in short, a great place that that really separates you from your money at every possible chance. Location is in the middle of all the downtown high rises, but not next to anything you would want to visit.

Awesome location, very close to the convention center. The Mighty-O doughnut place across the street meant quick breakfast every morning! Clean room, better counter space in bathroom than some other places. Stayed in 2-bed with 4 people and felt like we had plenty of space. Staff friendly and very helpful when we requested items. Plentiful carts in entry area for your luggage. Lounge area in lobby nice, relaxing place to wait, or if you need a space with tables + seats to meet up with others. Would stay again!
Wifi connection differed per person in the room, some days easier to connect, other days not, or was spotty. If you use the Hilton key card, staff is helpful when I needed assistance with setup, but FYI if it's busy e.g. a busy checkout day, it is powered by the hotel wifi, so may not work when trying to access elevator.

After many hours researching the vast number of hotels in the Seattle area, I settled on Hilton Garden Inn Downtown. The hotel was truly all that they said it was and more. The staff was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the parking safe and accessible.
The parking situation was a little tricky - getting in with the hotel key & exiting. It isn't only the hotel's parking deck, so there was a situation with the entire space. It wasn't a big deal - we just called someone and they opened the gate.

The location, the view and food selection they had on the menu.
I specifically requested a tub. I called the front desk as soon as I got to my room and brought it to the front desk attention and they said they would address the concern ASAP but it would probably be the following day that they would be able to transfer me to a room with a tub. I went the whole stay without anyone transferring me to a room with a tub.

The property is a central location to all your must dos in Seattle. It is very clean and well kept. The property also has a warm pool area.
We checked in late and our room was not ready. We had to stay in a one bed bedroom when we had paid for a two bed bedroom. We were able to be relocated the following day. Beware the parking at the hotel is approximately $64 a day. We wished we knew this sooner, we may be reconsidered our stay.

Close to convention center. Room was a nice size. Loved the self parking and 24hour access to my car instead of valet.
All was great and it may be me but it just seems like TP is greatly guarded. We were there for 5 nights and when we got there there was about a quarter of a roll on one and a new roll on another so by the next night I called for more to be brought up and one roll was delivered so this became a daily request. I think I will just travel with my own TP as to not get caught without.

The hotel in general is very nice ,right downtown close to whatever downtown you want. The room big enough for your needs beds comfortable.Breakfast not included at this pricey establishment.but available at a premium. Nice lobby common area nicely decorated and a bar “nice bar, great drink’s atmosphere “
Well I hate this part of a review but here it is “the cost of staying downtown is what it is and this hotel has it “ In addition to the “reasonable rate”it was rightly priced.is the Seattle costs city tax like 11.5 % ?the tourism tax ? Not sure the amount and the Parking garage is separate from the hotel as far as ownership 50$ +taxes per night !.of its own.prepare your wallet.!!! And at this price point try to include at least a continental breakfast

I absolutely loved everything about the property…location, cleanliness, staff, amenities. Loved how helpful the staff was even though I did not receive any communication from booking.com when I was a day late due to my flight cancellation the day before and even with recommendations.
Nothing I didn’t like!

It was close to the venue and they have the market next door for all your food and such. Staff was kind and helpful at all hours. I got there a bit early and I was still able to check in, I really appreciate that. It saved me a lot of time and headache.
Only downfall of checking in a bit earlier was I got the room by the elevator so not really quiet. Plus, the construction across the street is loud and it's a main city so police or ambulance sirens going off all night. Not getting much sleep is my point, so bring ear plugs. Also, the lights in my room kept going in and out like they were on timers or if I didn't move enough they would go off. Really irritating when trying to iron my shirt and I all of a sudden can't see what I'm doing!
