Surprisingly it was way better than I expected. I pulled up and thought oh *$#@ this place looks rough. It was just fine. On the outside, the property is pretty well maintained. The facility itself is not new but was not run down either. Staff was pleasant, and treated folks well. The room was large, clean and well maintained. Bed linens, bathroom towels and pillows were great. I'd come back again in a heartbeat!

The neighborhood but not the hotels fault

I've stayed a lot of hotels. This hotelis the best money for Peter bargain I've ever seen. The staff is wonderful. It's just an excellent experience and the people are just wonderful, and I will always stay here whenever I'm in the seat later. This is the 1 number 1. It's perfect exclamation! Extremely happy. The manager Steve is a great guy surrounded by great people. I couldn't be happier! Thank you.

The pool was open till midnight! The staff that was the night manager ( who doesn't work that shift normally) was absolutely amazing and professional. She not only was accommodating to any crazy request or questions, but she also had a superb level of professionalism when it came to dealing with rude guests and riff raff that you run into while staying in a large city such as Spokane.

The noisy stinking dog across the hall from us. It was hard to sleep.

They work very hard to keep the motel looking great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok with steamed eggs, yogurt and fruit. The location was close to stores and restaurants.

The only thing that was bad was the road in front of the motel has a boulevard and to enter coming from one direction you have to turn on a street and come into the motel through the Walgreens drive.

Please add more shampoo and conditioner also toothbrush and toothpaste but its okay all in all And i forget to ask 1 more pillow 😁

The staff was great. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

Breakfast was a takeaway with only coffee and muffins. The property should clearly outline the breakfast conditions.

Front desk lady very nice. Came to our room twice to help us figure out the TV.

Entry way has very dirty carpet …room, however, was clean. Restaurant outside was open until 2-3am and there was noise because if it. Employees talking loud outside etc.

Staff courteous and helpful . Simple but nutritious bag breakfast for a quick On the road meal. Rooms clean and bed comfortable

Maybe located close to a main highway but didn’t Hear much noise during the night.

Very clean and modern

Bathroom light comes automatically when I enter. I didn’t like this when I would get up at night to pee. No shelf for electric tooth bush in bathroom.

We were impressed by how quiet the rooms were even though the Super 8 was on Hwy 99. We appreciated the breakfast that included a hard-boiled egg and yogurt.

The threshold on the doorway next to the main entrance had a raised edge that I tripped on once.
