The front desk guy was extremely nice, check in was easy & fast. I asked for a first floor & was given one with no extra charge like the last motel 6 I stayed in. My parking spot was right by my door. So many choices to eat within walking distance. It was close to the freeway.

The area had a lot of homeless people hanging around. They were going through the dumpster & throwing the trash out on the ground making a mess. It is in an extremely busy area which was good for places to eat but not good for noise. One of the residents got into an altercation with another & their laundry ended up missing. I was confronted about the missing laundry.

I’ve stayed at several motels, but my experience at Motel 6 on 128th in Everett has been one of the best, thanks to an outstanding front desk staff member—James. From the moment I arrived, James has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. He’s not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind, funny, and incredibly understanding. Whether I had a question, needed assistance, or just a friendly face after a long day, James was there with a smile and a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in hospitality who truly cares, but James makes every guest feel welcomed and valued. Motel 6 is lucky to have him, and so are the guests. Thank you, James, for making my stay so much better!

The young man who works at night I forgot his name but his mom also works there. They both are soo nice and pleasure to be around they give off good vibes makes even the most grumpy ones smile 😊

I don’t have any thing bad to say this motel has been so good to us and we been going thru a hard time with my fiancée almost killed one year ago and so financially we been going thru it living day by day but this place has been so warm to us and treated us so fair we want to thank all who work here from the bottom of our 💕 hearts .. crystal , you and your team are amazing keep up the good work!!! I loved how much taylor, james, the woman who has red hair that works nights, and the young man who works weekends take each person and make them feel more than welcome. They are attentive and very nice. Timely. Want to help and are never ever rude. It's like I'm talking to my family.

How the police show up and speed through the parking lot just to turn around and leave. Also, the woman that stays here and works at the chevron watches me go to the chevron and she runs in behind me to tell the chevron worker to not let me and my son inside the store and makes up a lie for each of us. Then she goes back to her room here.shes not even on the clock, and I feel harassed by her. So does my son. I don't understand why.

Great location easy off interstate 5 to motel. Very friendly and polite staff Crystal, Christina, Taylor, Tasha, James and Berto made sure my stay was restful and always had a smile which is not always the case when I've stayed at other locations or motels. Merta and her housekeeping team are awesome and also nice and made sure my room was clean and well stocked. And last but not least a shout out to the security team that keep a watchful eye on the property and the vehicles and run off all suspicious characters not registered to a room or guest. Great teams start with great leaders Crystal GM, Merta Head housekeeper, and Stacy security team leader. Thank you all and look forward to booking my next stay at this location...

Prices a bit high

The staff here at this location is Just AMAZING!! They are just the best by far!! James is super accomidating and helpful. Crystal the manager is awesome and doesnt put up with nothing! Taylor has been awesome and been super helpful!! They all have made it a welcoming atmosphere for my family and I !! SO JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU JAMES!! YOU ARE FANTASTIC!! THANKS TAYLOR !! YOU ARE A BLESSING IN THE MORNINGS WITH YOUR BRIGHT ATTITUDE!! CRYSTAL THANKS FOR BEING SO UNDRSTANDING WITH ALL THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH AROUND HERE I AM SURE!! MY FAMILY AND I ARE GREATFUL!!

laundry area that everyone could access and the bathrooms not being big enough.

The location and the new girl at the desk. She is so pleasant and accommodating. Years ago I didn't like to stay because I felt they thought they needed to police their guests and would call the police and trespass you if they felt they had problems guests. I feel appreciated as a good guest.

Wish you had more washers and dryers. You have to wait to use them. I always feel rushed and several times someone has taken my clothes from the machines and have missed some clothing from the dryer.

The staff were excellent, and security was on point. Always friendly and inviting. The night staff and morning staff, James, Taylor, the younger guy who works weekend mornings, and the red head that works late nights early morning. Someone who wasn't a guest at my room anymore had tried getting a room key without my knowing, and the staff told her no because her name wasn't on the room. This is great because other hotels don't seem to care and have done the opposite in the past. Yet this night shift lady did the right thing. no name on room, no key.

We have been staying here quite often and we have been happy with our time here. We have been very pleased by your staff but lately there has been one that has been standing out and going the extra mile for us and we are looking to make sure that he gets recognized his name is Ricardo and he is the most genuine person and has been very helpful in helping us out with anything that we have needed he has gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable with our stay
