Really decent little restaurant. But the bar…was exceptional! Newly hired Matthew Bataglia, the barkeep, is fantastic! For him alone we will be back. The young lady at reception was also very nice. Never been here before. We love it. Now all our Paine flights will start with an overnight here. Very pleased. Oh yes and the entire hotel is stellar, well done. Having stayed at IHG world over I would say hell yes, this place competes. Many thanks.

Breakfast was a really nice set-up, lots of options, and seating area.

Their game room was quite under appreciated, more options would be nice, especially for family-friendly groups with littles.

Wow. This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was perfect, very well thought out. There are a lot of "comforts of home"...like the full kitchen (SO nice!) and extra large bathroom area and closet. It was VERY clean and felt very modern with even some "luxury" touches. I could stay here for an extended stay and be very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast host was the friendliest staff member we encountered, she was lovely both mornings. The little store attached to the lobby is so cute, and has all the extras you might need or want. The decor is very classy/modern in this hotel. The surrounding area is nice and quiet yet you're close to restaurants, shopping, and other activities. This hotel is VERY clean, you would never guess it's pet friendly...until you actually see a pet. We felt very safe and comfortable here and everything was in EXCELLENT condition. And that breakfast host doesn't miss a beat....she is top notch.

The pool area was slightly disappointing. We went on our first night and there were a lot of empty alcohol bottles laying around and everything was soaked and there were no pool towels. We didn't go back to the pool. But the pool was definitely NOT representative of the rest of the hotel, which was pristine. The quality of staff seems to vary. Some were really up to par and matched the quality of the hotel, but at least one front desk person definitely did not. I observed her being less than warm and friendly to some guests, and not very helpful. We could also hear our neighbors across the hall with little kids quite clearly, but we turned the stove fan on at night and it easily drowned out any unwanted noise.

I liked the layout of the room. Kids had plenty of room to walk around and play. The location was great, close to shopping center. Breakfast was great every morning.

I wished they had a stove in the room I got. Wished the pool.wS open and not under construction.

Good location close to Paine Field Airport- had early flight next day. Suite rooms incl kitchenette & separate living room / 2 TVs..drink coupon for Happy Hr appreciated. Also they were able to do early check in

No Hotel Shuttle bus from Paine Field Airport...Uber costing $20 each way to go 5 minutes. Would have been a perfect stay otherwise..

The location was great. We were iclose to family who live in the area. It was very quiet.

The only thing that could have been better was that you had to ask for fresh towels. Essentially opting in for linen service rather than opting out.

We got a 2bdrm suite for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast.

No pool was a bummer but the hotel is planning to build a pickleball court & activity room which is fabulous.

Close to our Boeing tour the next day. Hospitality hour with wine and snacks very nice touch. Room very nice, clean, spacious with nice furniture. Beds and linens very comfortable. Check in / out front desk employees very nice with a very pleasant approach

I liked the mini egg omelets. Also, the waffle maker. Timing was excellent. Coffee urns were already waiting when I got up early and the breakfast service was ready when I was.

My telephone didn't work. They told me that when I checked in. But also it turned out that the clock radio did not work (could not set the time). No note pad by the phone which is always useful. Lastly, the toilet was stopped up (upon arrival) and I had to ask that a plumber service it. I liked the hotel, the location, and value; however, my room had many strikes against it that would make me think twice about staying there again.

Stayed at this property many times and it never disappoints friendly staff along with big and spacious rooms are great and good breakfast is the cherry on top

For ME, the bed is to soft. But what do you expect in a hotel hundreds of people of all sizes laying in the same bed it going to happen
