The room is/was very "cozy". Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was great. Loved that the location isn't to to far away from my family. LOVE the size of the refrigerator and the accommodating kitchen. Appreciate the gated parking lot, as well.

Only 1 luggage cart. :( When we got there, I had to go looking for it. It was on the 3rd floor. When I came down the elevator with it, to use for "my" stuff, there where 2 other people wanting to use it. We where told that there where 2 carts, but I never saw a 2nd one, or 2 side by side.

The service was really nice and fast front desk workers were so friendly

Just a little minor problem room above us were really stomping on the floor Just about all night didn't want to complain about it figured it could have been kids running around. Otherwise it was a nice stay

Most of the staff were both friendly and professional. Hotel is gated and has second level of security where you can not get in lobby without being a guest, or delivery person. Felt much safer than recent stay at Woodspring Suites, staff there stooe from me, and a lit of drug activity, Great value for the money! Especially when you become member.

My friend and I liked the two twin beds. It had a big area to cook or eat in. It’s not fancy but was very adequate.

I think there could have been more cleaning, especially in the common areas. The room was clean.

When checking in we sat outside the security gate for 10 mins and no one noticed. We had to phone 3 three times before someone buzzed us in

I liked that It's a locked/gates facility. Staff was super friendly. Great location.

There was no ice machine was the only downside they did offer ice trays. Went next door to the shell station and bought some.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. There was no juice at all just coffee. Muffins were not very good.

Location and value. Also how well secured the property is with a gate which requires which car is a key access and a security guard for nights, I recommend it for families with children traveling also for people traveling aloneI need a senso security.

Could brush up on Cleanliness.But I don't blame them due to the lack of staff just like anywhere else. thank you covid, great job extended stay.😎💯🇬🇺
