I pay attention to the service and to the hotel being truly non-smoking. Next to the comfort. I stayed in this hotel twice and all personnel was welcoming, warm, and friendly. The hotel has no smoke odor and it feels good to be there. There is a breakfast including bagels, toast, cream cheese, jam, milk, hot and cold cereal, coffee, tea, yogurt. The bed was comfortable, the rest of the room was clean and convenient, with small fridge and microwave. It was not very noisy during the day. And, when you choose a hotel on a busy road, you can't expect it to be quiet. I'll be happy to stay there again.

The location of the hotel was close to many restaurants/fast food places. We had a king size bed which was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast which we knew, so it was good to go down and get some toast, cereal, and yogurt. All in all, it was a good price for what we needed and for the amount of time we spent in the hotel.

The location was a bit hard to find as its tucked away and in the middle of a parking lot it seemed but no complaints other than that. The bathroom/sink area in our room was a bit outdated but clean none the less. The continental breakfast could have had a few more items to choose from when it comes to healthier options such as fruit and the coffee wasn't great.

The location was ideal for us , away from the main road , breakfast was basic but everything we needed. The girl on reception was very friendly and she very kindly helped us with our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble.

The lights outside the windows were very bright , but that was only a minor point , there are blackout curtains but that also blocks out the daylight in the morning.

The location was within walking distance for me. I don't eat breakfast there because most of the food that is offered is too starchy and not very healthy. I go the the local breakfast bar to eat.

Maybe have a better breakfast for the guests and a little bit more time at the computer in the evenings.

Breakfast was ample. Nothing hot except oatmeal. Sugar free cranberry juice would have been nice. They did have non-dairy liquid creamer which was great! Perhaps Yogurt with lower sugar like a Greek Yogurt would have been nice. Staff was VERY accommodating . We had requested and received an ADA accessible room which was very helpful. TV worked fine once it was fixed. We appreciated that we were given some extra time to check out; since my wife has mobility problems. The hotel was located in a very convenient area to find restaurants and other services.

A walk in shower would have helped. However, there were grab bars in the bathtub. Otherwise, please see above.

The location was central to shopping in Lynnwood. Our room was clean and neat, the facility is a little old but well taken care of. Good size and has all the comforts we needed (a vanity area with sink, mirror, hair dryer external to bathroom, helpful for our group of three per room. Water temperature was good. TV has channel.

My roommate with sensitive hearing could hear a bit of traffic outside, I did not.

Exceptionally clean. Older building and nothing fancy by any stretch but well worth the money. Very comfortable bed. Close to freeway and restaurants.

We were expecting a breakfast as advertised however they still are not serving breakfast. We did chose the location based on the fact it had breakfast included. This was disappointing and added extra expense to the trip. Sack lunch with fruit and granola bar was available instead. My family is allergic to bananas and that was the only fruit option.

There was no hot breakfast. However, they provided a banana, small container of yogurt and orange juice, and a small pack of cookies. Would have preferred a hot meal but what was provided was decent. Coffee was included as well. The room was clean and there was a fridge, and the TV was nice. Furniture was nice as well. A desk and a couple chairs were helpful when working.

Upon arrival, I was told I booked a smoking room and that to book a non-smoking room will be an extra $10 fee. I was not happy about this because I don't recall booking a smoking room. I tried looking up my booking on booking.com but was unable to find it since the date passed. Other than the added $10 fee, the stay went well and the staff were friendly.

I came back to my room after being out for the day and the desk clerk was walking around and noticed that I was having a problem getting back in my room and took my key to run it again so I could get in my room .didn't have to walk down to the office
