Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The morning manager was outstanding. She was checking on everything, and she was delightful.

I sat in an unfortunate location at breakfast where I could see an unhoused group of people setting up for their day behind the building next to the hotel. It wasn't hotel property, and I dont think there was probably anything the hotel manager could have done other than close the blinds, which I could have done myself. This would not deter me from staying there again. The manager worked to make sure the hotel property was only being accessed by registered hotel guests.

Breakfast was good better than a continental one. Be nice to have fresh fruit. The staff that handles the breakfast is exceptionally outstanding, always keeping things very clean and well replenished.

The bathroom shower with the handheld hose was very difficult to use. Hard to remove from support and adjust. When using the shower, the temperature changes from luke warm to scorching hot when others are using the same pipe from other rooms. Additionally, was not safe walking to restaurants in the area due to the level of traffic. Drivers do NOT pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting those in the walk way.

when we checked in i was told that housekeeping wouldn’t come to the room until day 3 of our stay. day 2 out of random, someone (im assuming housekeeping) tries to open the door to the room. they didn’t knock the door, they just tried to open it. it happened twice, so i got up to open the door and look out and a house keeping employee standing outside of the door asked if we need anything. they should be knocking on the door not just trying to open it.

The beds were VERY comfortable, which is the most important thing to me. The location was convenient, with a good restaurant across the street, a gas station next door and across the way, and Safeway less than 5 minutes away. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, and (apart from the floors and the door) the rooms were clean. The AC was great. There was also a very decently sized fridge in the room.

The WiFi was almost comically slow. Like, it could not load gifs, let alone videos. Pictures were a stretch. Fine for messenger/WhatsApp/email etc, but that's about it. And a few minor things: The air in the room was very dry, the floors could have used a good mopping, and sound from the next room carried a lot through the bathroom vent (like, we could hear every word our neighbours said when we were in the bathroom.) So I'd recommend leaving the bathroom door closed.

I have stayed there before. It was a little noisy one night. I have traveled a lot in the past 3 years. I have left items three times and they were never found when I called the hotel. After this visit, I received a call from the staff to let me know I had left items!! A first for me!! My son lives nearby so he stopped and picked them up for me.

I booked because of the highest rate to price ratio. One review said that it exceeded expectations because you do not have high expectations about the roadside hotel. A Indeed, after the 13hour flight we needed just room with beds and a shower. We got a bit more! So the person at the reception was awesome, the room was clean and quiet, no smells, breakfast was apparently included, and we had a huge room.

I like my room it was on the 4th floor . I also enjoyed the breakfast. There was some construction going on but it went away eventually. The house keep did forget to put trash bags in my room but I checked in earlier . The front desk guy was extremely nice and welcoming.

The breakfast was awesome. A lot of variety to chose from. Kept clean and stocked. A bit hectic when lots of people there all at once to eat. Room was clean and smelled good. It was across the street from Irish pub O Donnells and great food although the walk was a bit tricky with all the traffic. The bed was pretty comfortable also. Staff very helpful and nice! Overall a nice place to sleep!

We could here the family next door talking pretty late and banging sounds. Toilet seat was loose which made it so we had to sit gently or slide to Timbuktu. Lol -unable to tighten it. We anticipated a freezer in the fridge for our cooler cold pack but is only a fridge. Pillows could definitely be more flat. Lol

everything was great. there's a coffee stand in the parking lot. I loved waking up and going out the door to order my coffee and the location was great!! Near stores ans restaurants and close very close to the freewaya!! love it

to be honest the continental breakfast was lacking

The staff were lovely. Very appreciative for their time and service. Check-in was very easy, check out was even easier. Breakfast was well kept,

Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. These didn't make a dent in our stay at all but the breakfast area is a little cramped considering that the corridor where waffles and toast are is also the same corridor going in and out of the dining area. Lots of traffic, so you might need to maneuver carefully with a plate of food if its a busy breakfast.
