The staff was always friendly and willing to help, even at late night when I was arriving in the hotel. The person at the front desk (his name is ED) was helpful, sincere, and very positive. He helped me to find a shop to get my car repaired. Same with the staff the next morning, super friendly and positive. Thanks to them, my difficult situation became more manageable. The room was comfortable.

The carpet was a bit dirty, but not a big deal. Some strange people were walking by the property at times; that was a bit scary, but they never messed with us.

The room was better than we expected even with the flaws. Will at the front desk was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with.

Rm 205. My bedspread had many burn holes. The cable tv sucked and the toilet was very loud and kept running. We were woken up a couple times by loud people outside our room. Some of these may seem small but you asked.

The bed and pillows were more comfortable that I usually get at motels/hotels. Awesome staff.

Only one bath towel in a room with two beds.

The bed, though had a few holes in the sheets was clean and comfortable. The Staff was great and had some information on places to dine or check out. They also maintained security when people who shouldn't be there were there.

The room had a few issues. A couple holes were in the sheets, blanket, and shower lining. The heater worked but was hanging off the wall. The fan in restroom was noisy. There were illicit visitors on the property at night. But were handled by staff.

Quite, Front Office Staff, Location Shopping, Restaurants, Fred Meyers is across the street. The I-5 Freeways North and South bound, 2 stop-lights away. There's. only 1. Main Housekeeper but she's very good.and goes out of her way to accommodate motel guest....Sunrise Inn Ratings ++++++++for motels in this area of Everett Washington. X

I had Spanish male knocking on 1st my window and then my door. Twice, he showed me 4 fingers. What's that about!! Motel Security, checked cameras and took care of the incident...Thanks for being HERE!!

I'm still recovering from a broken ankle and after a big move from Ephrata. I loved having a room away from it all. for good sleep don't want to pay too much . it was a good stay
