The room had fresh paint and caulk, new flooring and fixtures (including HVAC and plumbing), flowers and shrubs well cared for staff available to help and very nice, good water pressure, secure locks, really clean linens, and although near the busy roads/highway, no late night disruptions. They didn't even charge us extra for our two big dogs. A really surprising and pleasant experience all around.

The new light fixtures were not shaded; and and it wasn't clear that the heating/fan/air conditioning controls had been replaced by a digital wall unit. Had to call the office to find out.

Excellent Staff- everyone does a fantastic job & so friendly. I was able to get the room next to the Office on the ground floor & I enjoyed that as a Disabled Gal. Wonderful Housekeeping Team & Groundsmen. Met some lovely Guests while staying here, too. Love that it’s Pet Friendly with No Charges even though my Dachshund is a Certified Canine Support Animal & is Free wherever I stay. I like there are several Poop Stations with Free poop bags located on the Property. Excellent choices for both Fast Food & Sit Down Restaurants as well as several large Grocery Stores, a Rite Aid Pharmacy & Store across the Street, Urgent Care is 3 blocks away & the nearest Hospital/ER is in sight. Love the Halloween Decorations in the Lobby! Was soo cool to stand outside my Room & view these beautiful Sunsets!

Sometimes the adjacent I405 noise kept my window closed especially when sleeping.

IQON Management Co runs this Motel6 and it shows (I’ve stayed in 6 other Motel6’s in the past couple weeks - this is much better.) Good cable channels; a clean, inviting pool; good vending selection and laundry facilities; upgraded soap/shampoo; friendly and efficient front desk staff; stocked pet poop bag stations and lots of grass. I felt safe and comfortable.

The floors of this level motel are rarely clean and usually have random long hairs. This one was no different. Housekeeping doesn’t have mops - so how often are floors mopped…?

The room was clean and the hotel was in a central location to everything I needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were very thin, the door didn't close completely so it was easy to hear all the noise from outside. Upon check in, and throughout my stay, my room reeked of cigarettes because people would smoke on the balconies and the door wouldn't seal shut.

I asked for some dark chocolate, not really expecting any, but when I got to the room, there were three bars of Lindor dark chocolate on my pillow! The room was simple and relaxing, and though the noise of city and freeway were outside, I still managed good nights of sleep.

somehow, the cleaning staff left a footlong, soggy, subway sandwich in the fridge. Kinda sad the pool was closed. I brought my bathing suit.

The room at the beginning I had, it was extremely animal smell and could not tolerate…requested for changing another…the staff found one finally for me—on the top floor, there was no complaints and I wish I could have stayed longer in the room….

No smell and clean—-those are very important to me, and the system is the staff goes through door to door to offer supplies to residents—-that’s different from others; actually I have been other motel 6 as well….this one in Kirkland is better than others…I wish motel 6 had setup for non-pet rooms for people like me allergic to pets…

The Lady working during check-in kept getting interrupted by phone calls while she was trying to help me. But rather than being frustrated or short, she was polite, patient, and helpful to everyone while maintaining assurance with me that I would be helped. At checkout, a second lady was there to help the first and it was a quick and effortless transition out. My partner and I had severe food poisoning and if we had had more money we would have extended our stay because we were comfortably resting and recovering. I would love to stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like. The location was near many grocery stores and had stations. I didn't use the pool, but some people were and they seemed happy. The parking was fine, the noise was minimal, the tv worked, the shower was clean.

I was staying there before & after cataract surgery at the local hospital. It was perfect location & cost for my limited budget. The room was great...with one small exception. There was about 1/4" space in door jam where weather stripping needed to be. This caused sounds from local freeway louder... Small issue, but still told the management at check out of this issue.

Other than lack of weather stripping around the door... nothing more.

I love the staff specifically. Sometimes there was a language barrier but still, we worked it out and got everything down right. And when Doordash was terrible, the front desk lady was wonderful, she tried her best to help and let me stay in the lobby to wait for my Doordash that never came. I am sorry for how dirty we left the room, we were running late and couldn't clean up.

The shower specifically. It looked grimey. And we had ants too. Nothing bad, but it was still a bit upsetting to see them there. We also had some noisy neighbors, we could get noisy too but not to the point of some where they were yelling at midnight and we had to bang on the wall to shut them up. It's nothing on the hotel's issue. But still a bit upsetting we were always thinking there were ghosts or something.

The establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly, check in was a breeze.

Although the motel is set back off of the main street, the corner leading to it is very busy. My only complaint would be- a decent amount of drivers exiting LA Fitness didn't seem to acknowledge the stop sign. We were almost hit a few times.
