The room was excellent and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen so that we could cook our own meals. It was clean and the staff was really nice and accommodating.

The wifi was really sketchy. The television was hard to figure out how to use it and see the programs we were interested in. We made it work but it was difficult when we were so tired from driving to get there. It also appeared that some were parked in the parking lot using the wifi covertly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a studio queen suite with a kitchen. The only thing that caught my attention was my room looked lived in, meaning there were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom counter, the couch was a little worn and torn, not too bad, but not really comfy either. It was a hideaway bed. They're hardly ever comfortable to set on.. It was close to my friends home and very close to Silver Lake and Les Schwab. ..Perfect location really. Not far from stores and shopping. No security issues either. I was alone and felt safe walking out to.my car in the middle of the night because I wanted my own pillows and blanket. The sheets felt starched and the pillows felt flat along with the bed..So, I added my personal ,3 pillows and velvet blanket and off to sleep I went. It was fairly quiet and the room was peaceful.

No hair dryer Pillows were flat Starchy itchy sheets Only one trash can.. Not enough entry doors closer to parking spaces.. Made it safer though..

They were VERY accommodating!! Super clean comfy rooms and excellent value! Manager let us in early at the fault of another motel we cancelled at. Really made our trip much better being taken care of like that. Will stay again! All of the staff are kind courteous and worried about going the extra mile!

This time there was no breakfast - at 830a there was nothing-- no creamer of any kind for coffee, no granola bars or any muffins- was told by an employee that the shipment of those items did not come in.. Found out that an employee out of her own pocket supplies the bananas that were out last time/ previous weekend and this time she could not do it as she was broke-- her own words.

Amazing right off the high and safeway right down the street, easy way to get everywhere quick!!!!

Each and every one of your staff members was incredible. So kind, friendly and helpful! It is difficult to find an entire staff with these qualities, so I commend you all for your efforts! I will definitely stay at your locations in the future!

Going to Everett is not my favorite, but there is nothing you can do about that! However, it was a bit less stressful due to the staff. God bless each and every one of them!

The friendliness of staff and how helpful they were to us.. The room was very open and felt like home.

Did not like how the sink/closet area (Rm 332) was dirty and not clean, the counters were not wiped. There was hair on the walls of the shower. Other than that the room was great!

Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great.

It was not cleaned well. There was garbage when i got in and the floors were messy

Location is tucked back and quiet. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Was very quiet at night- could not hear toilets/showers, no slamming doors.

Wish there was more of a hot breakfast - like eggs, waffles, bacon or sausage

Comfortable room. Spacious. Love the kitchenette and large fridge. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Lots of cute doggies around. Very quiet.
