The hotel is located in the heart of Everett, which isn't the safest neighborhood, but the hotel was very secure. You could only access the parking garage with a room key, and you could only go up the elevators with a room key, and after hours the front door was only accessible with a room key. We felt very safe. It's a great location for walking to the Angels of the Wind Arena.

The hotel was overwhelmed with bookings that weekend and tried to cancel my reservation, which I had made far in advance. I can't say this was the best policy and a bit off putting. However, the staff was very friendly during the stay.

Food available in dining area, staff is very helpful and very friendly (even cleaning staff smiles at you). The older African American gentleman who checked me in was very kind and pleasant. He was very professional and speaks with a calming and professional voice. His appearance was very respectable. This single interaction when checking in set the tone for my stay. I was pleased and felt like he personally took the quality of the hotel up a notch. He’s someone I would imagine working at a 5 star hotel and I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. I can’t tell you enough how much better this stay was than the last stay I had this time last year.

The nooks and crannies of the room were not cleaned regularly. I had to look for something in my room that I lost and the floor between the bed and night stands were not cleaned. No robes provided. Mattress has indentations where you sleep from lots of use and should be replaced.

The property was very clean and everyone was kind and professional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room set up was perfect for two people.

There wasn’t enough warm water for two showers without waiting 10 minutes in between. The water could be a little warmer overall.

room was very clean, view from window was beautiful seeing Puget Sound and local government buildings. TV reception covered all stations. Comfortable bed, warm sheets and blankets. Lots of parking spaces in basement easy access to garage.

The lady at the front desk during the night shift both nights we stayed was so sweet. I could really tell she cared and she never had us waiting long and always answered our questions and tended to our needs with no problems

Staff was amazing.

I don’t like that it was right next to the police department and courthouse. Lots of homeless people around when we were checking in. Glad my husband and son was with me. If I were traveling alone I would not feel safe. I also didn’t like the restaurant does not stay open late. Even with their listers operating hours they were still closed earlier than listed.

Bathroom was nice spacious and clean, was given free breakfast due to some minor inconveniences witch was great definitely recommend the breakfast burrito 🌯 comes with fresh avacado 🥑 and salsa!

The pool is a little bit on the small side! Still nice hot tub!

The “included” parking actually costs $20 per night. There is street parking but you need to move your car every 90 minutes and it doesn’t look like a good place to leave your car overnight.

The staff and security are fantastic! Staff was very helpful about nearby restaurants and highlights in the area.

The room and desk cleanliness are very nice but the carpets outside the elevators were quite dirty. The parking is secure but spaces are quite tight.

Everyone was so nice! The hotel was so elegant for the location it had an outside fire pit loved it also the hot tub and gym were absolutely amazing 👏

The pool was to cold to swim in 😔 my kids wouldn't even go in all the way just played on the stairs a bit
