Everything about this stay was EXCEPTIONAL AND RIDICULOUSLY AHHHHHMAZING, WE BEEN TO SO MANY HOTELS CALIFORNIA FOR OUR SON'S BASKETBALL GAMES BUT THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST I MEAN THE BEST OF THE BEST, WE WOULD STAY HERE EVERYTIME WE COME BACK OUT, APPRECIATE HOW CLEAN IT WAS, THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY SWEET AND NICE, KITCHEN CREW AND BREAKFAST THE BEST, EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB. WHATS NOT TO LIKE! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Location was great. Easy walk to cafes and cute historic district. Parking was easy although I was charged every day for it. Gym was nice. AC is quiet.

Bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable. Wish there was complimentary water and coffee in lobby. Always searching for ice in different floor then gym on different floor to get water. Nice to have coffee available. In room coffee just isn’t that good. Expensive rates. But appreciate cleanliness and location.

The staff was super friendly and excited to help and give recommendations for options in the area. Lots of food services in the area and easy to find from the freeway. Room was super comfortable and well-lit with comfy bed and great shower with good shower pressure. Wineries were very close!

Parking was limited and the parking spaces were extremely narrow. There was only a single entrance into the parking-lot from a minor street which made it difficult to access.

Clean comfortable rooms— although a little on the smallish size for the price. Close to the Light Rail and downtown Redmond.

Lack of Amenities and spaces to hang out. There was a really nice outdoor space with chairs, couches and fireplaces but it was mostly unavailable to us because of private events.

An ideal location to access the restaurants in Redmond, a very comfortable room, and exceptionally attentive staff. Overall, a very pleasant business stay

No safe deposit box in the room

The room was top notch and what really stood out was the excellent service I experienced by the front desk. The front desk manager Kelly went above and beyond to help me with a request - I was very impressed.

Absolutely awesome hotel, we were in town to ride bikes and the staff was super welcoming, asking questions about our bikes and didn’t care one bit about us having them inside. (We didn’t roll them on the ground of course out of respect we carried them) stayed last year, stayed this year, and will stay again next time!

Only issue, and I mean the one and only issue, is no pool ):

Beautiful hotel located near downtown Redmond, close to shops and restaurants. Bus station on the other side of the street to go to Microsoft campus and to Bellevue and Seattle. The staff super kind and always ready to help. The room large, clean and super comfortable. Highly recommended!

The central location, the newness of the property.

The woman checking us in was like a robot with a heavy accent, hard to understand all that she was saying. Property was very dirty in the parking lot, trash everywhere. Maybe putting a trash can out there would help!

The staff were really friendly. Especially Zachary

Nobody takesbtrash daily. You have to wait for every other day for change of towles and trash removal
