Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Wonderful community kitchen/dining area which we used.

I'm pretty sure it was an unusually hot day for the area. Too hot and stuffy for us. (80+ degrees). We were uncomfortable, hot and tired. In cooler weather it would have been fine. No cooling other than a fan which just moved hot air around... It was cooler outside than in so we opened the window... But it was still miserable. We could hear others but weren't bothered by it as it didn't awaken us. The heat was our only complaint.

Needed to have a place to stay with my mom the day of in Seattle. Luckily I saw this one and thought it was priced well for the time of high season. It’s a nice place. It felt like sharing an airbnb with other people. The house may look small from the front but there are many other rooms going through the whole house. Shared a bathroom with one other room, but was not bad at all. Clean room, bathroom, and kitchen too.

Only small thing was a place to put my shampoos in the shower, like a small ledge. There was already a shampoo and body wash dispenser mounted to the wall so I was able to put my small shampoos on there. I like to not have it on the ground. But besides that nothing!

It's quite, clean and comfortable as the name suggests. Very nice shampoo and body wash! The bed is large and comfortable, clean sheets as well. The shared kitchen is modern with a large fridge and ample utensils. The free coffee was perfect, better than what we had in a nearby breakfast place. The self check in instructions were easy to follow. I had read a review about the window curtains not blocking morning light, but ours was perfect! Infact I want to buy something like that for my home. The hammock gift was very nice and made me smile, not many hotels do that.

It was ready when I arrived. It was quiet. The other guests I encountered were very nice. I didn’t need the kitchen, but it was nice to have it with dishes available.

I received the final email and text while I was driving to the house and did not have time to read it before I arrived. I did not know how to check in or get my keys. Would have appreciated getting those messages the night prior.

Clean, easy to find the room & key. Appreciated the set up and privacy.

Neighbor was very disruptive throughout the night. Loud stomps with heavy boots and keys jingling every time they came and went. Our outlet didn’t work either. Content with everything else though!

The place was very clean and well located. The kitchen was very well equipped with a fridge and microwave. The place was very close to the Northgate shopping centre as well as having good access to the main freeway.

I found the check in was a bit difficult as the details for the passwords are released too late. The night before would be better. It is recommended dead you call the owner before arriving. I was lucky as another tenant assisted me.

The room was very clean and the kitchen was really nice. The staff gave great instructions on how to check in.

We didn't realize before coming that it did not have many pots/pans to cook with. So that was sort of a bummer when it came to making food. We would have brought our own if we knew.

Great location near the city and great atmosphere with place. 11/10 would recommend. Better than renting with a hotel!!

No TV in room but a target is 5 mins away and you can buy a cheap tv for $100-$200 and return it within the 30 days. (lol)

Great spot to stay for the weekend. Did not run into any other guests. Very quiet inside and spacious! Felt very safe inside. Staff was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again. 15min to downtown without any traffic.
