I liked the facilities, they look renewed and well-maintained despite not being a new building. The staff was amicable and kind, including a lady who seemed to be coordinating the housekeeping activities which is as beautiful as lovely. Thanks for taking care of the guests. They even have a gate at the parking lot that makes all guests feel very safe.

The Wifi. I was alerted by my devices that the network was not safe at all. I was not comfortable connecting to the WiFi because of it—just that.

The price was great for the Seattle area, not necessarily the best part of town, but there was an electronic gate for residents only. The location being close to the light rail system was a big plus for traveling into the city. The front desk was more than helpful with useful information on how to get around. Very ,Very clean rooms and linens.

Would like a little more counter space in bathroom. Pedestal sinks are pretty, but not very useful when you are traveling.

The property is gated. The room had plenty of space with closet, dresser, work area, comfy bed, separate bath, and plenty of light. The air conditioner worked well and the staff were amazing. Especially Joy (front desk) she made me feel welcomed as with a few other staff members I would name if I had asked (:

I was a first time visitor passing through. I did not know the area (downtown Seattle is a little unsettling) that is if you are traveling alone. When I arrived I didn't see the gate and almost cancelled my reservations and drove further. See above for reasons I stayed. Thank you Staff!

I enjoyed a small hotel because it’s easier to keep an eye on who is in the parking lot. Seattle can be unpredictable just like any other major city. The Hotel has a gate which kept the hotel only accessible to guests. The room was very clean, the owners put a lot of love and money into making it beautiful. The bed was soft not hard, I expected a hard bed like other places. We were in town for a concert and it was perfect for what we needed it for.

Everything was as advertised. We wanted somewhere with decent security and this place goes above and beyond with a locked gate after midnight and a security guard on site. Perfect for people traveling with fair merchandise like us. Both staff people I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The duvets were some of the best I've encountered in a hotel. Super comfy. Fridge and microwave worked as expected. Very quiet place. Never once heard our neighbors. The location is great for staying a night or two. Lots of good restaurants in the area, but I don't know if I'd recommend walking as opposed to driving your car. We come from Portland so nothing scandalized us but I could see some tourists being a bit put out.

Weird smell coming from the AC, but at least it worked well. Nothing really in walking distance. Even to go to the restaurant across the street requires either jay walking or going out of your way to find a crosswalk. With that kind of avenue, jaywalking is highly NOT recommended, ha.

It was very high quality for a motel, the staff were so nice and friendly. They gave me all the information I needed, including information about parking and the parking gate if you have a car and drive in and out late in the evening, and I was surprised at how clean it was. I would definitely go back again!!! If you have a car, you can reach almost any tourist area or major parks within 15-20 minutes!!!

There is no hairdryer available. I knew this information in advance and brought my own, but it would be inconvenient if you are traveling from out of town without a car or using public transportation.

The staff was incredibly nice and explained everything very well. They eagerly accommodated all of our requests. We asked for a room with a bathtub and 2 extra pillows. Really appreciated the gated parking lot. The room had a cute little kitchenette. It was quiet with no noticeable noise from the main road or other guests. The bed was more comfortable than my mattress at home.

The area isn't ideal. Which is out of their control, and it didn't bother me.

Very clean and modern finishes. Much better security than most motels in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to a RapidRide E Line bus that takes you straight into the heart of Seattle for only $ 3.25 per person.

The only downside is that the location is not the greatest for walking, especially after hours. So it is perfect when you have a car, but not ideal if you were planning to use public transport outside of business hours, as the some of the locals are.... interesting.

Motel was clean, the room was big enough and the amenities confortable. The parking is secured so you can leave your car no problem. The staff was nice and efficient. A few restaurants or fast food options to have breakfast nearby.

Even though you have a bus that takes you downtown, the bus ride was an experience in itself. I would recommend going there with the car if you're a solo traveler or maybe even a couple. Didn't feel threatened but definitely not at ease.
