Really appreciated the friendliness of the night shift gal when we checked into our hotel. My son requested the same room we stayed in at a prior stay, and she happily switched our room even though that room wasn't quite ready. She immediately got the room finished up, cleaned and ready for us in a very timely manner even with not having the cleaning lady on staff that day! She was very helpful and happy to help. The room was nice and clean, smelled fresh and sheets were perfectly white and clean.

Hard to come up with something I didn't like... I guess outlets in the room were hard to access near the bed for charging our devices.

It was affordable on a busy holiday weekend in Seattle. We had 2 beds for 2 friends and that was nice. The room was spacious enough we could spread out a little.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy, though we, as 2 women, felt safe enough. "Working girls" and un-housed people are just part of the city landscape now, and I don't hold the hotel accountable for that, it's just a bit unsettling at first.

The location served our purposes very well - reasonably easy access to Pike Street Market and freeway.

To not have a screaming child above us though I know that is not in your control.

The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient and it was a nice space for a quick trip where we spent most of the time out and about!

The bathroom, specifically the tub, could have used a little more cleaning maybe,. There was a dark footprint on the bottom of the bathtub that I had to scrub but we made do, I suppose.

The room was very clean, no odor. Love the fact that you accommodate guests who want to stay in a pet-free room, like us.🤗Our front desk person was amazing!

Maybe the parking.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Nothing overwhelming. Ok for me.

Parking was difficult. Vans parked in compact spaces. Difficult to find a spot near the room.

Our room was clean and spacious for the cost . Check in and service was great
