It is pretty comfy for the affordable price and even tho is technically not in the downtown area, taking the bus to get there was super easy and fast. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood area and has plenty of local shops and restaurants at walking distance. It was the perfect stay for my bf and I, as we planned on going local by using public transportation and grocery shopping for the whole trip instead of eating out every time. The room was really comfy and I appreciated so much the heating system of the room and the shower. The room looks old, but that is just how the building is. Is 40 years old! But in such a nice fit and with good amenities you don't even get at other brand hotels, like mini fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and fast wifi. They also have a laundry room, vending and ice machine. The staff goes above and beyond. My flight was going to arrive late at night so they nicely texted me to make sure I was going okay and that they were waiting for us to check in. Overall helpful and welcoming, all of them. Don't let the word motel mislead at all.

The carpet floor were my only dislike. It made a bit of cranky sounds but it was fine. I took my loafers with me and wore them all the time, as well as simple flip flops for the shower but that is just my standard for any hotel.

It’s just a standard motel! But was very reasonably priced! The staff were really friendly! Coffee and fruit in the morning! I even got some birthday cake! Super friendly! They even let me stay longer then checkout as I had a flight later on! Great place! Would stay here again if ever back in Seattle! Thanks guys!!

My accommodation 'big 3' are safe, clean, and quiet, and this is all of those. Best value around in a very expensive city. Staff were genuinely really friendly and helpful. You can walk downtown in maybe an hour and a half at a leisurely stroll and also the express bus from/to downtown stops a five min walk away. Also I don't think I've ever stayed in a motel with an urban legend as cool as this one 😎🎸

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and kind. They gave me a snack bar and a water bottle for my travel back home :)

My name is Berenice and my husband and I are from Yakima. When I come down for my doctor appointments for chemotherapy, I stay here at this Motel. The price was and is very decent for the room. I really liked how the room, it was clean smelling good and immaculate. The owner is very nice she let me check out late and didn't charge me extra. This is a really great deal for a motel, and if you are looking for one, and a clean place to stay, this is for you.

Fantastic motel. Requested to stay in room 226 which was the room which Kurt Cobain of Nirvana used to stay in. The staff were happy to oblige and the room was excellent. Great value for money and with the added historical significance too. If you’re a Nirvana fan, book room 226 and stay here. Even if you’re not a Nirvana fan it’s still a great motel. The night manager lady was lovely and super helpful too.

The older gentleman at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming, or accommodating - even arranging for me to stay in the room reportedly favoured by Kurt Cobain after sharing with him the purpose of my trip On check-out day, my flight was delayed by six hours, and I needed a late check-out. A different staff member was on the front desk, but just as helpful — he let me stay until the “best case scenario” time I’d requested, for a very minimal fee given the extra hours. Even on busy nights, parking was always available. Great staff ✅ Clean and comfortable ✅ Convenient location ✅✅ Highly recommend this place.

If I had to give one piece of constructive criticism (and you held a gun to my head), I’d say a kettle in the room would’ve been a nice touch. That said, this is really clutching at straws — I’ve never had one provided during any of my stays in the U.S., including a short stay at the Bellagio, and even some European hotels only offer the standard coffee machine. Still, it might be a useful note for the motel — adding kettles would be a very low-cost way to win points with British tea lovers and the occasional part-time influencer on a “herbal tea cleanse.” (To be clear, I’m absolutely not the latter.) All in all, just a small suggestion for an otherwise great stay.
