Spacious room, microwave, fridge, TV. Locking safe with easy keypad instructions. Hair dry, iron/ironing board, etc. Very comfortable bed and arm chair. Complimentary beverage coupon at check-in. Additional towels easily available at front desk. I felt very safe there -- there's 24-hour reception and no elevator access without guest room card.
I wish there had been bar soap. (They only have dispensers for bath gel, hand soap, and conditioner.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. My husband and I drive 3 hours from home to Seattle for medical reasons. Navigating a new town, especially Seattle, is difficult. But your staff is always helpful with bus and trans info, times and locations, etc. Having to make these trips so often gets expensive, your discounts for UW patients helps.
The room was small and not as comfortable this time, but still very clean.

Staff are efficient and friendly. The afternoon treats upon arrival are always appreciated and make it just that more welcoming. Location is an easy walk to the ULine, and then in only a few stops, you are in downtown Seattle. Parking is easy to access and gated.
Would have been helpful to have been provided the same number of bottles of water in the room to mach the number of registered guests. Definitely not a huge deal (more of an FYI), as the lobby has a great water filling station with hot, cold, sparkling or regular water. Great when travelling!

The staff were very friendly. The provided water bottle and refill station was a nice touch, since my husband didn't bring one. The room was lovely. The underground, secure parking was great. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants on campus and public transit.
It was on the expensive side but everywhere in Seattle is. We thought the bed would be more comfortable. The blackout shades had a gap that let in light. Our windows faced a parking lot.

We love this hotel and have been staying here for the last 3 years every time we visit our daughter at UW. It's a great location and the bedding and services are great. We've used the bikes to ride around campus and we always take advantage of the free drink. The coffee shop in the hotel is super convenient (although there are tons of coffee shops nearby as well).
The showers could use an upgrade to match the rest of the amenities!

Food from the cafe was excellent: egg, chorizo & potato burrito & blueberry scones, as was the coffee! Great cafe & front desk staff. Friendly & helpful--so refreshing!
The pillows turn flat & hard after laying for a few hours; mattresses are firm--to hard, futon-like. It's ok for a night & younger folks might prefer extra-firm matresses. Would've been perfect if the bed & pillows were more comfortable.

Clean, friendly, and comfortable. Appreciate the focus on sustainability and eco friendly. And thank you for allowing and supporting people travel g with pets!!
Need to switch the conventional landscape to native plants that support biodiversity and pollinator species. Critically important in urban settings and better meets Pineapple’s focus on sustainability.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location for us was the reason we chose this hotel as it is close (in short walking distance) to light rail (link), bus, UW campus.
We did not like that the room did not have a table and chairs so that we could eat in the room. The floors are not carpet so the desk chair slid when you sat in it.

Great location close to the metro station towards Downtown Seattle with multiple rock clubs and restaurants nearby. The staff recommended us where to go for food and it was amazing. Overall everyone we met at the front desk was really helpful and very nice. Our room was spacious, with comfortable robes and sheets, which we really enjoyed. The hotel is modern and nice looking.
The room was bit dark, even with lights on, other than that we had a great stay and liked everything.

Everything about the stay was more than expected. The trip was for a medical visit to a UW clinic; the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the StayPineapple hotel—couldn’t have worked out better. In addition, we loved meeting UW students celebrating their graduation from the university—-added to the visit for sure.
I have no complaints whatsoever—
