The location provided me with street parking. This was key to reducing effort and expense to drive daily. Also, Capital Hill location provided a lot of options during my downtime. Studio was so clean. I felt very comfortable.

Great location with easy walk to restaurants, parks, and train
Problem with portable air conditioner meant an uncomfortable first night, but staff jumped into action to fix it the next day just after we reported it.

Location
No mattress pad. Mattress was not comfortable. You have to stand on bed to turn on light overhead in order to read. A bit dangerous??? Washing machine didn’t fill beyond 1/3 of capacity. Could have used another luggage rack as no dresser in room

Mattress was very uncomfortable. There was no mattress pad and therefore very hot. Kept rolling to middle of bed. Pillows did not have protector case under pillow case. Washing machine did not fill beyond 1/3 of the way. TV finicky. Kept needing to reboot.
