Stayed here for 3 weeks and this is by far the nicest motel in the area (we have been motel hopping all over Seattle). We were greeted and assisted by Daniel who was super friendly and accommodating. Over the 3 weeks there we were also helped by several other staff who were super amazing as well! There is housekeeping that we can get and they are amazing! They even steam cleaned the carpet for us! This place is extremely good value too!

There were a few issues regarding the sink leaking, the light flickering (prob due to a faulty wire) and there were ants everywhere in the washroom. However when we brought our concerns to Daniel, he was more than happy to fix everything right away and even offered us a better room. The area is a little sketchy in terms of hookers and gangs but that’s just this area in general so u can’t really get away from it especially if u want something this good for this value.

This budget motel is an excellent choice for those who wanna save a buck. Our room was clean and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. Free parking on sight. The staff was excellent. There are managers who live on the property to help with any needs you may have and they keep an eye on the property for safety. There are a few restaurants and fast food joints near by. Ballard, Fremont and the U District are close and 99 (Aurora) is a straight shot to downtown and the ballparks. (20-30 min)

Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I think they may have coffee in the office.

Value for money. Room was plenty large, they don't build them that size anymore. Plenty of updates. I felt safe parking my car there knowing the parking lot was under a lot of camera coverage and was very (VERY) well lit. I didn't notice any undesirable characters in the area. Most places in my experience have beds that are far too soft. This place had a nice firm mattress which I'm a big fan off. I spent the night in 4 different places on this trip and this mattress gave me the best sleep. We were in town to see Eddie Vedder at Benaroya Hall and the bus service could not have been more convenient. Definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget and are looking for a place that's safe and clean. I'll 100% stay here again the next time I'm in the area. I'm always worried about bedbugs after a bad experience in Oshawa, Ontario and that's always the first thing I look for as a result. Rest assured that there are none here in my experience.

The beds were nice and firm. And they let us check in early, which was really good!

The door was old and you could see the light outside all the way around it. And there was no coffee maker.

Updated rooms and friendly staff

The room was big and very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The heater/air-conditioning unit provided enough heat on the cold days. The unit was very clean with spacious refrigerator and microwave. Godd value for the price. The bus runs every 15 minutes going north and south on Aurora.

The area on Aurora is not the greatest but can be overlooked if not too picky.

It's definitely a motel, but the staff are wonderful and the whole room was surprisingly clean and the bed was comfortable. Location has a bus stop very close by that will take you into downtown. 10/10 would stay again!

Id say the only negatives were the ice machine and vending machines not working.

Very friendly staff! In the morning the checkout clerk gave me an excellent breakfast-spot recommendation (Beth's Cafe, just 3 or 4 lights south from the motel, on the right — very convenient when driving to the Space Needle).

Air conditioning kept the room cool, and was also a little noisy.
