For the price and time of year, it was a really comfortable and clean place. No bed bugs, I checked. I felt safe, I was very comfortable, and the staff was lovely. The staff was amazing. The woman running the front desk deserves a raise. She was absolutely lovely. I love her. The cleaning staff was so polite and respectful. For the price, I absolutely recommend this hotel.

I didn't like how short staffed it was. They need another 2 people in their rotation. The staff there deserve a raise. They are absolutely going above and beyond. The staff was amazing, there should be more though.

Not overly busy, out of the hustle and bustle of the city, within a ten minute drive of large shopping mall and iceoplex (ice hockey stadium). The property was very comfortable for our one night stay.

There is a bus stop right outside, cars seemed to be driving around very fast and noisy late in the night and a lot of the shops and restaurants on the street were closed. You go around the corner and it seems like a really nice part of town, but the actual street it’s located on definitely had some shady characters.

The bed was comfy with good pillows, the room laid out in a useful way and the fridge got super cold. Well priced for my stay.

I did not like the smell of smoke/ other items outside the rooms as it was so overwhelming that it came into my room a little.

Front desk staff were very helpful. A convent location that was quiet, both the area and other guests. The room was a nice size and clean. The parking lot had great lighting, both from the building and independent lighting poles so I felt my car was safe. A great value for this area and a good location to visit the city

Cleanliness of the room and beds were remade everyday we stayed. The whole lodge is managed by quite an old lady who remakes everyone's beds everyday by herself and one other helper. Location was pretty easy to get to.

Cleanliness and comfortable. Also had refrigerator, microwave and coffee, wifi, Xfinity tv. Very pleased. Close to service station, restaurant and other amenities.

Office wasn't open to get ice when needed.

The only bad thing was the tweaker that wandered into the parking lot. Propositioned me when I was on the balcony and then stated messing with a car he assumed was ours when my girlfriend chased him off with a taser. He left and didn't come back.

The location was the perfect distance from Lumen Field and it was fairly quiet, only a little traffic noise (mostly just loud bass/music from a car every now and then) and I never heard any other people.

I hated the bed. Inner spring mattress that was rock hard and practically bounced us onto the floor. Let's jump into the current decade and get memory foam beds, shall we?

I brought my own food and had breakfast at IHOP 15 blocks up the street and my Diet Pepsi from the arco across the street. The hotel provides coffee.

The house keeping staff were great. Theu seen us waking in and asked if we needed anything and they delivered right to our door. we just needed extra towels.

there was ppl who didn’t stay at the property walking around the area. there was a bus stop right in front, but they were walking in the parking lot and I didn’t feel like my car was safe.
