The front desk person was amazing and friendly! The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. They also gave us a late check out which was SO amazing! And the rooms are quiet, couldn’t hear anything that was outside or in nearby rooms.

Not enough blankets/towels/pillows but that’s a personal preference and they happily accommodated us. The bed was super firm. And the curtains don’t close all the way so BRIGHT light came streaming in at way-too-early-a’clock.

The staff was excellent first and foremost. They were friendly and helpful. Want to call out Nathan Mills who checked us in. Super helpful and if I knew the names of others I’d call them out too. Facility was clean, parking was secure with gated entry and exit. Breakfast was good with protein options along with the usual waffles and bread. Availability of coffee at all hours was also a plus.

One elevator was down but I’m sure it will be fixed after the holidays .

We've stayed here before, and also cheaper places. In the future, I'm always going to book this hotel. It's in a great location, had underground parking, the room is spotless, the beds cozy, the staff friendly, the breakfast fabulous, and I like that they have "containers of soap, shampoo, and conditioner on the shower wall, instead of having to open an itty-bitty bottle of shampoo.

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a relief to arrive at the property after a slightly stressful Thanksgiving and visit with family.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was excellent in downtown Bremerton with lots of things within walking distance of the location.

Didn't really enjoy the breakfast area.....there wasn't an attendant there and food and drink had been spilled all over the place making the area very "sticky". Also, we had requested early check-in, we arrived at Noon and was told that there were no rooms available, asked us to provide a phone number and they would call us when a room was available. Never received a phone call, we checked back around 1:30 and was given a room. As we arrived by car asked if we could park and wait in the lobby until a room was available but was told there was no parking until we had our room key to access the parking area.....more than a little frustrating.

One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Very friendly staff who were very helpful to accommodate our room request and get us additional comforters (not itchy blankets). Appreciated having fridge and microwave in room. Great location right next to downtown waterfront. Climate control and Wi-Fi both worked well.

Elevator was broken. Card reader to enter parking garage was inconveniently placed. Mattress and pillows were softer than my preference which made it a little harder to get good sleep but was mostly fine.

The room was clean. The room attendants were very friendly and helpful. When I saw Dory, a room attendant, she was very friendly and asked me how my stay was. The location of this hotel is in a great part of the city. You have the ferry, the convention center, and lots of restaurants and bars and things to do. The views from some of the rooms are excellent.

I believe the front desk staff should acknowledge guests when they're at the front desk. Or have a bell to get their attention.

Security was a plus. I liked that the garage and elevators were secure. The room was pleasant looking. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Single pane windows. Wind storm on Sunday night and windows rattling created enough breeze to make the bifold closet doors rattle.... The windows have mold on the framing as well. There are no blackout curtains. So lights from outside were also a sleep distraction.

The facility is clean and the staff was very friendly. They were helpful on checkin and throughout the stay. The parking is secured in a private gated parking garage. Making it safe and secure. The location is close to food, shopping, and the ferry. The breakfast was good and had a large enough variety that we were able to eat a different meal daily. We will stay again.

Housekeeping was great. Very friendly and good service 👌 Excellent internet access for my needs. Was able to develop a website and also stream all of my content. The breakfast was also great with new choices every day including eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, milk, banana bread, and lots more.

The view was of the parking garage across the street.

It was quiet, except for the seagulls, which I loved. The view from floor 4 was nice. The breakfast was well done and I loved the 24 hour coffee bar. The room felt and smelled clean.

I had only one dislike. And maybe it's because I too clean rooms and work in the hospitality industry, but the bathroom mirror was dirty. I know, sounds petty but it's a main focus when you clean a room.
