The breakfast was nice. Pretty typical. Our room was "no smoking" but had a strong cigarette odor. (222) Everything was VERY clean, though a bit shabby. There aren't many hotel options in Poulsbo, so we paid a LOT more than what a place like this would fetch somewhere else. The young woman at the front desk was extremely nice. We saw her dusting the area when there were no guests to wait on. The woman who serviced the breakfast room on Saturday did an awesome job. There were several device charging areas in the room.

Didnt like the heavy cigarette odor in our "no smoking" room, and no elevator to 2nd floor. No point to complain at the time.

From the moment we walked in the doors the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Our room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows allowed for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast in am had enough options for my son and I get grab a little something. I was so pleasantly surprised with our one night’s stay, I actually said my son I’d come back to the area just to stay at the hotel again!

Unfortunately, I was left with a small sour taste in my mouth… within a few hours of leaving the hotel, I realized I had left my phone charger and cord behind, plugged into the wall. Because we were still in the area, I called the hotel to see if I could stop by to collect it before we headed home. It had not been submitted to lost and found and when they checked the room it was no longer there… hmmm. Somehow it went completely missing. :( That was really disappointing.

Got there rather late from the Bainbridge Island Ferry. Was nice to settle in from a long day in Victoria, Canada. We had a king room and the bed was perfect. Don't even remember putting my head on the pillow. Very quiet area and only a few minutes from historic down town Poulsbo. The next morning, we started off at the bakery then walked the waterfront and the shops. Great way to spend the morning.

Couple of the restaurants didn't open until later in the day.

Breakfast was very nice with several options. The location was perfect for visiting the historic downtown area and shopping at Town and Country Grocery Store. My husband spent the day in the room and was comfortable while I visited an old friend. Nice closet with plenty of storage.

There are only stairs, and being older, it was a challenge. The pillows were soft, but we should have asked for other pillows.

Convenient to access community. Safe. Fair price. Friendly, helpful staff. They clean your room daily! Room has fridge, tv, coffeemaker, dresser, closet, sink, hairdryer, and mirror outside the bath and toilet area. Plenty of charging outlets. Umbrellas to cover your run to the car. Breakfast was hot eggs, sausage, toasters with various breads, boiled eggs, yogurts, cream cheese, milk, coffee bar and oatmeal, waffle maker bar, cold cereal, fruit, and juice, muffins and plenty of everything in a well cared for breakfast room with news tv.

This is a trend I’m seeing in both hotels and bed and breakfasts: box springs have been replaced with platforms. I understand the cost savings, but soooo uncomfortable. Way too hard.

The manager has been improving the hotel since he took over. I have stayed here many times, over many years. I will stay again when im in that area. Excellent staff. Staff very helpful, very nice people. Room staff very nice. I chose the hotel because i like staying there.

A elevator would be nice.

A warm breakfast was nice. The room was very clean without a perfume smell. The Saturday evening staff were exceedingly helpful, warm, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel was beautifully situated with lots of trees and places to sit in nature. We were just in time for the fall colors. There were several restaurants, within walking distance, to choose from for dinner. We chose the Pho.

Let's pre-make some waffles! I wanted one but could never get one. Hot water wasn't working. I am very sensitive to perfumes and usually personally preview hotels before booking. I wasn't able to but took the risk. I was grateful the room smelled clean and not perfume laden. The hallways were another story. I'm sure it must be difficult to keep main thoroughfares clean, but this is how I tell the great hotels from from poor ones. Bad hotels use perfume to cover scents that otherwise cannot be cleaned.

I always stay here when I'm in the Poulsbo/Silverdale area. Room is comfortable and has a recliner chair which is essential after a long day on my feet. Room was exceptionally clean. Grab bars in the shower. Good parking. Pleasant staff. Good lighting in the room. Lots of electrical outlets. Strong Wi-Fi.

Personally, I dislike Dish Network. The choices are limited and the on-screen info is poor. Not the hotel's fault, as the Dish package was clearly sold to them. Bring a book.

Friendly staff. Breakfast room looked good although I didn't eat there.

No grab bars for shower or tub. No night light near bathroom. Hard to figure out how to use door key and TV remote. Had to constantly turn power on and off TV to see guide showing what was on. If you have bad knees or problems climbing stairs be sure to request ground floor.

Very dog-friendly and conveniently located near shops, etc. We were able to charge our EV car nearby (not at the hotel, but a short walk). The place was very clean and there’s a nice continental breakfast. It’s also really nice to have an 11am check out time.

Our room faced a preschool which was not good for privacy.
