Not the property but the receptionist on Sunday from 7 through the check out time. She was not helpful when I let her know that I was trying to do some work but the internet was not working. I waited for her call back as she said she will but no call. I then went down to let her know again at 8pm her response was not helpful and also not professional .

The individual rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. The breakfasts were generally good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great with the mall, grocery store, and several restaurants within walking distance.

The parking lot is difficult with narrow parking spaces and several compact only spaces. The hallways and stairs are unimpressive, but according to staff, will be remodeled in the near future.

Clean, friendly

There was an issue with our friends getting double charged the $100 holding fee with thier room. They got refunded but only after we checked out so it kind of put them in a tight stop the night of the stay. We only got charged once tho so I'm not sure what happened with theirs.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was good. Nice clean room. Overall happy with our stay. Will book again.

Pillows and shower-head both could use replacing. Noisy area right on main road.

Great newly remolded rooms, the breakfast facilities never impress me. You claim Healthy but it’s just a Carb fest. I would rather go out somewhere local .

The front office is dated with cheap peal and stick fake tile, ?

Finally a good price this time because the last few weeks I've been staying at a different hotel that is way less money in another townonly a couple miles away.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with quick access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and rather spacious. The staff members were very friendly and the breakfast is good with a great variety of food.

The room we got was in front of the vending machine, and it was very noisy for us. And it is time for a facilities restyling
