The location is easily located. All the staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. It is quiet, considering it's near a highway and main thoroughfare. The breakfast had mutliple options between hot and cold food. All the amenities were present, including coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. There is also an interior hot tup and exercise room.

Unfortunately, I don't travel light, and my suitcases are too heavy to take to an upstairs room. When I arrived at approximately 5:30pm, no downstairs room was available. I left for errands and returned for a recently cleaned downstairs room.

First of all the staff was incredible, from the front desk to the kitchen. We showed up with a pet and they were out of pet rooms, so they changed the bedding last minute to allow us to keep our room and have our sweet dog. The message chairs were a great relaxation after a long drive. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a long while at a hotel, so many options from fruit, breads, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, yogurts, cereal, waffles, oatmeal.. just so many options. Very clean property. The location is very convenient, right next to a gas station. Price was very very good! We will be staying anytime we're back in this area.

The hot tub was down, a bummer.. but certainly not a deal breaker.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed at a variety of hotels. I wasn’t expecting much at his hotel, but I was SO IMPRESSED by how clean it was! Parking was great! There is a Dairy Queen and a Safeway close by for quick food options. A nice little fuel station (with gas & diesel thankfully!) right next door! All of the front desk staff were SO NICE & helpful! Relaxing free massage chair in the lobby, coffee and tea anytime, good breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, juices, coffee, tea, bananas, yogurt, etc. Facility was really top notch and I was very impressed and am planning to stay again when I come back up in a few weeks!

The only thing I didn’t like was the strictly locked doors into the dining room. One door wasn’t functioning with me room card so someone inside let me in. That was a little odd and I’ve never encountered a locked dining area before but I’m sure there is a good reason for them to have it setup like that.

We love the people who work at this location & choose to be repeat customers here mainly bc of the outstanding customer service. We always purchase 1-2 nights in their hot tub room bc the rates are great, the privacy of having our own hot tub & the customer service.

I don't like that I cannot bring food to eat into my room from their morning breakfast bc I am not a morning person & I would love to be able to fill my plate & show my id or room # or somthn & be able to go back to bed, while eating it.

Most everything about this hotel was excellent, but we hated the security monitors prominently displayed in the lobby showing that they have cameras throughout the property. It felt very “big brotherseque”. We felt like we were being spied on. They really need to get rid of those. It is insulting to guests. I have never seen them blatantly displayed in the lobby for guests to see. It was like management was warning guests that they are being watched. Not cool. I am sure most hotels have security cameras and that is great, but to prominently display them for guests to see is just rude.

The Front Desk ladies were all wonderful people for both the day and evening shifts. And the night shift gentleman was able to help me extend my reservation for a second night and keep the same room. I've been in several hotels across the country this year on a journey and this hotel gets an A. Also, I was amazed by how quiet it was, even with the window open.

Well the ghosts coming through the walls at night bugging me when I'm trying to sleep irked me. It's fine when I'm awake because they're cracking me up with their antics. They come up from the water that's not too far away in the Sound.

I loved our room and having hardwood floors! Really enjoyed the large tv and got to enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. Very relaxing and quiet stay on the first floor.

The bathroom door in our room came within inches of the edge of the toilet and swung open towards the bathtub. This made it very difficult to get in and out of the tub with the door open.

Easy to find. Check in desk clerk was very professional in a tough situation where Booking.com did not send over the correct room type that was paid for online. We were given a discount to the correct room type that was available.

We could not have the jetted tub that we booked on booking.com. If I knew that was unavailable, I would have booked a queen bed and saved more money. That website is notorious for doing that. (Experience of 15 years in hotel reservations for a group of major chains.) White towels and wash rags were clean but stained on several. Kind of creeped me out a bit. In fairness to your staff, I did not advise the desk.

The front desk staff was very sweet and extremely accommodating. We were able to receive a one hour late check out. Housekeeping was polite and helpful. As a note but non issue, but they recently changed over from being red lion to quality, and they haven’t quite gotten the sign up yet. 🤭Regardless, it was just an amusing little thing, no impact on the stay but to make it more entertaining.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

Although the room has a fridge and microwave, you aren't allowed to bring breakfast from the dining area to your room because it's messy. I went to McDonald's to get breakfast so I could eat in my room. Noise from the lobby travels up the open stairway to the second floor, and hallway noise comes right into the room. People were noisy until almost midnight.
