"The hotel and the staff were just right—the experience itself was perfect. However, the guests on the second floor above me were extremely rude and loud. Even after the staff asked them multiple times to be considerate of those below, they continued to stomp around and allowed their toddler to run back and forth through the night, often until 1:00 a.m. This made it very difficult for my family and me to get proper rest. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so we weren't able to move to a different room." We missed out on a good night's sleep.

"During my stay, my hotel room did not have any hot water while I was taking a shower. I turned and adjusted the handle several times trying to get hot water, but none ever came. Unfortunately, I had to take a cold shower."

Ashton and Ari were excellent in providing us with everything we needed in a fast and happy way. Ashton assisted us with our reservation and room experience and our online request of extra pillows and suggestions for places to go with our little one. And when we needed a cleaning between our days of stay it was taken care of efficiently by Ari. She also helped with another blanket when we needed it. Wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there next visit.

The back door closing at 7. I wish it had the ability to open via room key possibly. I also wish the breakfast was a tad bit later. And maybe someone should have Google maps adjust the location for the hotel on maps. It takes you in a weird way instead of the main entrance. I would say.....if you are in a room where you use the couch as a pull out it may be colder in that room than the main bedroom even without the fireplace going. Just an fyi. Thus the extra blanket. But it was perfect once we used the extra blanket.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the amenities were great. I was able to get everything I needed from the staff in a timely manner. I had requested a first floor room because of my elderly mother and they provided that for us.

I like to go barefoot and I noticed that the rug seemed damp. I think it is because of the air conditioning. It would be more comfortable if the floors were vinyl rather than a rug.

The breakfasts were excellent. The breakfast menus were different each day and the food was aways warm and well prepared. There was oatmeal available each morning with six toppings and brown sugar available. The weekend menus also included large warm sweet rolls. The lady tending to the breakfast area was terrific in keeping everything supplied and keeping the area clean and organized. She was also very prompt in assisting people.

Home away from home feeling here. Staff is EXCELLENT…warm helpful and welcoming. Bfast was great! Nice choices and coffee was delicious! Gig Harbor bus pu and drop off right outside. Takes you all over for cheap! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Rooms could use some updating

Great location very close to the harbor about .7miles. The breakfast selection was very good and the late afternoon cookies were delicious. The staff were extremely helpful , I would definitely stay here again if visiting Gig Harbor.

Nothing to complain about

The property was beautiful and located a few miles from the center of this quaint town. Room was what you would expect, nice bed but not a lot of extra room for hanging out.

I may be living in the past but it seemed expensive when it isn't offering additional amenities such as a gym or pool.

Room was a good size, lots of towels, coffee, and great breakfast.

I would've rated it a 10 but I really wanted a hot tub after a lot of walking- sadly they dont have one. Only a pool. I did not check this when I reserved the room.

Location is perfect for me. breakfast was a very good selection of hot and cold food Room was quiet and clean. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

Bedside lighting is one light up high on wall between the beds. Switch difficult to reach from bed and did not provide good light.

The breakfast items were a not as hot as we would have liked. However, I did appreciate the variety of items and they were nice and fresh.

The coffee machine was nice but I would have appreciated a detailed instruction regarding its operation.
