I absolutely love the rooms. I love they have a small sink and a fridge. Beds and linens are so comfortable. Very Clean and beautiful hotel. Hope it stays this way!

I loved everything except the staff inside at the desk and restaurant. They were moderately cold and not welcoming at all. I stay at the best hotels and this staff was just blah. They definitely need to up their customer service game. The valet service was superb. Every person working Valet deserves a raise. They were so helpful and just really nice. I trusted them with my car and they were just there to make things easier for us.

We love this place. We've stayed here for 3 weeks the last couple of months due to dealing with a flood from the pipe burst. Waking up to the view of Puget Sound is spectacular! Every staff members are friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy their job. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub. Great place to ride a bike by the rustin way and onto the 5-mile ride at Point Defiance. There are lots of restaurants you can choose from and they all are great including theirs, Copper and Salt.

We had problems with the mini fridge, it's been freezing our drinks and food. We've had it swapped out with a different one but the same thing. I believe it's the model. They need to eliminate them and replace them with a better brand.

Very nice hotel! It's right on the waterfront, perfect location on Point Ruston, very close to Pt. Defiance Zoo. Bike rentals right outside to explore the waterfront. Multiple restaurants right outside the door. The decor and finishes were cool and modern. The view of the water from the room was fantastic, even from the 2nd floor. The staff at breakfast were super friendly and breakfast in their restaurant was delicious (also with a nice view). Breakfast is a la carte, no buffet. They have valet parking for their garage. The valet was always quick and friendly. Would stay again.

Because we stay here a week at a time the mini fridge is used quite a bit. Unfortunately, we've been having problems with food and drinks freezing. The outside window sill has built up dead bugs. They need to sweep it with a broom more often. One time, it was so bad I had to tell them to clean it which they did immediately. They are awesome!

Was looking forward to room service as advertised. Would have been nice to be informed that it was not available when checking in. No decaffeinated coffee in room, had to get dressed in the morning and go to the front desk to get some. A few minor issues that could have been rectified with a polite apology for the inconveniences and a smile. But unfortunately that never happened and was a bit of a damp cloth on our first morning there.

Booked a kid free post birthday getaway for my wife. I mentioned it was for her birthday when booking the room and that was all. I did not request a specific location of room and we were put up on the top floor with excellent views of the water. It was a much needed getaway and was very relaxing. We had visited the restaurant in the past, Copper and Salt, with a dinner reservation booked and we were a bit disappointed with our experience. We actually ended up walking out before we even ordered anything and went to a nearby restaurant instead. We figured since we were staying at the hotel this time we would give it a second chance and I'm glad we did. Much better welcoming service. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The small menu makes for much tastier entrees as they are able to perfect them. When you have a large menu with tons of choices the food quality generally drops so we appreciate a small menu. We will be back.

In the picture of the room I booked they showed chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, they were not included but would have been nice to have as perk for the price of the room. The valet parking seemed a bit cramped as we were checking out as it was very busy but when I communicated to the valet attendant that we would be checking out and heading up to get our stuff the car was ready when we came back.

The only issue we had was an older gentleman with red hair at the desk making us feel sheepish about trying to use cash to purchase an item from the front lobby. he scarfed when I presented him with cash and it was such absurd behavior I said is there a problem with cash sir? He looked at his coworker who was obviously uncomfortable with his lack of professionalism then he looked back at me and said oh no ma’am that’s fine I had just cashed out for the evening. I said OK well I’m still using cash. He said that is fine ma’am. It was brief but it was very uncomfortable, and I could tell his coworkers were not in support of his behavior.The gentleman that was working with him smoothed it over and the rest of the staff at the location were beyond fantastic.

The staff, hotel, bed, and restaurant were wonderful.

Our room was facing construction that no one told us would begin at 7am. Seems like it will be going on for quite sometime. If you’re staying on the south side of the building bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in.

We ordered breakfast in, which was good.

For the price ($623) I believe I could have gotten more for my money if we went to Seattle. The staff dropped the ball on a few things. For 600 bucks someone should've helped us with our luggage getting into the hotel ,atleast to the front desk. It was my wife 40th birthday and requested that anything additional to making our stay special would be greatly appreciated, I got confirmation that our request was received and wasn't a problem. On the day of checking in, there was no note, or anything about our request. Would we stay there again, it is possible. Would I opted for one of the premium rooms again, absolutely not. There's better value out there.

Folks working the front desk were awesome. Loved their positive engaging energy. Our room was so comfy. Loved the space in the bathroom and double sink. Shower was great. Our view of the bay was wonderful and I got to watch a seal playing in the water. I was able to enjoy a booking for a massage at the spa and those gals were so welcoming. My experience was incredible. My husband enjoyed the gym. He works out every day so having a top notch facility like this was huge plus. Loved our whole stay.
