Hotel was easy to find. It was nice knowing that there was a shopping center nearby should I need anything aside from snacks from the lobby. Both receptionists with whom I interacted were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Speaks a lot for the hotel. Next time I'm in the area I'll happy book here again, but will request a room further from the dining area.

The acoustics or the nightly rate need to be addressed for the room in which I stayed, which was just off the lobby and near the dining area. For the rate I paid, I should not have been woken up by the sound of breakfast being set up and guests chatting. I gave up trying to sleep and left an hour earlier than planned.

I enjoyed how well kept and cleaned the property was! The beds were wonderfully comfortable, accessible, and the pillows were featherless and comfortable! I felt fully supported and well rested. Additionally, the lavender eucalyptus body scrub, shampoo, and conditioner (all separately) spell DIVINE! Left me also feeling clean and hubby. The TVs were large and PERFECT for gaming when relaxing and they were smart TVs. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Not all hotels have them. This was my favorite hotel stay in a LONG time. They said it wasn’t guaranteed early check in for us to get ready for our friends wedding, but the moment we got there, it was done! SUPER!! I wish the second elevator was operable, that there was AC throughout the building because the hallways were hotter than outside and I was working out already due to using my knee scooter. Goodness 😅! Also, that there were not many gluten free options. However, the ones available were lovely! The room rate is a bit high. Paid $286, but felt $225 was more realistic. Would love to see more in the snack section for next time we come ❤️ Also, more entertainment selections please on TV 📺

Front desk staff were excellent & welcoming. Daily breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for access to a computer & printer to print our boarding passes. Our room was comfortable.

The housekeeping staff was good except for Monday. That person didn't vacuum, wipe countertops, tables or even empty the ice bucket half full of water. We always put suitcases on surfaces to make vacuuming easier. All other days were good. Saturday night's loud partying kept us awake til 2 am. We were surprised this was allowed.

The staff was very pleasant, even though our family kinda hung around in the kitchen area. They were very polite and nice to us.

Everything was clean and functional. Every staff member I met with was very friendly positive and nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was very good. You had a variety. I was there for a couple mornings and it was different every time which is hard to believe when you're just looking at eggs and sausage and bacon.

The breakfast was good. A nice variety and good selection. The front desk agent was friendly and accommodated us with a room that had a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier.

Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety, but I was hoping for some bacon. It could use more savory options and fewer sweets. Also, it would be a nice touch to include a couple of complimentary bottled waters in the room.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I always feel like a burden when I can't figure things out on my own, but Fairfield Suites is always ready to answer customer calls and requests. The pool is smallish, but really, really great to have on a rainy, windy mid-fall day. I was so grateful that it wasn't booked up since the power is out all over western WA, and even that they has power! In summary, it is a great little get away to enjoy PNW

The room was immaculate, and the mattress was very comfortable. The fridge had plenty of room to chill a bottle of wine, or 2 with room to spare for leftovers and/or snacks. The bathrooms were some of the best I've seen in any hotel. With sliding glass doors that were very thick and sturdy. With a fairly secluded and more private feel when you arrive. Walmart is basically across the street and plenty of good food within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend Mori Sushi & Bento. But I will be coming back again. 9.9/10 highly recommend.

The mattress slid somewhat easily on the bed frame. And I hit my shin on the frame. So, possibly get some sort of padding for the edges of the bed frame and some sort of grip or edge lip for the mattress to not slide around as much. There was a malfunction with the card scanner at the pool, but the staff were super helpful and quick with fixing it. Also, I would recommend putting a clock in the pool just because you can lose track of time if you have a

The breakfast was top notch! Fresh fruit was a plus! Front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and courteous. They went the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

Shower pressure wasn’t the best. The older woman working breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, but the others were.

Breakfast was excellent. Every staff member was cheerful and efficient. Also, our room was totally quiet. No road noise, no noise from other rooms or the corridor.

There was some kind of computer mix-up when we registered, but the fellow at the desk handled it graciously and quickly.

This hotel was very welcoming and friendly (especially Paige the clerk on duty when we arrived). Very clean and comfortable. Rooms were warm and inviting.

We missed the breakfast in the lobby. It was over at 9 am and we woke up too late. Wish it would’ve been from 7-10 am instead of 6 am to 9 am.
