The view, room and breakfast were pretty good. Our room was on the second floor facing the lake and the view was amazing. For breakfast you need to fill the order a night before - they give you a page to check-mark. There are several categories you get to choose from, and one of those is hot, cooked on order. Everything comes packed in the paper bags and containers. They either deliver it to your room or you can pick up at the reception. There is no breakfast room. We selected juices (comes canned), fresh fruits, yogourts, scrambled eggs and waffles with the peanut butter and some small sweet buns with the cheese. It was a bit too much to eat right away so we packed and took a half of it to the beach we were going to, Fort Worden Historical State Park - you need the passes to go there, can be bought on site, it was $10. There is a cheap grocery store in the area to get what else you need and a few restaurants within 5 min drive, we ate at the Mexican (drive to the left) and liked it.

The shower head wasn't working properly, the water pressure would drop a lot if you switch to a shower. But it wasn't a big deal.

Located very conveniently to stores and restaurants. The room is beautiful with updated decor. The beds very comfortable. A free breakfast delivered to your room tops it all.

The room we booked was described as having a balcony. But we were placed on the ground floor so we just had a window instead. What made it worse is the walkway right outside the window has the ground same height as our floor inside. So anyone walking outside can easily look inside our room. The view would’ve been better if we had a balcony. We also wished each sink has a bar of soap. Having to go to the other sink so you can use the soap is inconvenient. Then you have to take that one soap to the shower too. A soap dish would also be mice. The soap goes all over the counter so we placed it on its wrapper. But then it sticks to the wrapper. Now you have to peel off the wrapper.

Ended up staying 3 nights; checked in and out every night - our fault! We were traveling to teach a prospecting station at Cub Scout camp! Kate the manager was SO Accommodating, Courteous and Helpful! The rooms in the main building were so quiet and the view was just breathtaking! I used to live in this area and would not have recommended this hotel before the remodel. Now it is a safe and delightful place to stay!

The room we stayed in to the left of the main building was quite a bit louder at night. The sound was more muffled in the main building rooms. Breakfast ordering was unusual but worked out well!!

It’s newly renovated, clean and our room has a good view to the lake. Nayeli (sp?), the front desk staff, was super helpful by allowing us to check-in 1 and half hour earlier. That one and half hour extra time was very helpful for us because we had to get ready for a wedding. I was really nervous that we would be late to the wedding because it started at 3:30pm and check-in time is at 3pm. The wedding venue was half an hour away from Bremerton so because of the early check-in, we were able to be at the wedding on time. Thank you, Nayeli!

The towels are thin and our toilet was wobbly.

Location was perfect. The atmosphere was ambient. It was clean and I liked the layout of the room. I loved the sliding glass door to lookout at the bay.

When I checked in, I was advised of their non smoking policy. I was then asked twice over the check in process if I were a smoker. I told them I am not. The second day of my stay I received a phone call from the staff stating there had been a small fire outside in front of building. They then again told me there is no smoking. Perhaps they were notifying all guests of the policy, but I felt it was overkill.

The room was spacious, renovated, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from. The view of the oyster bay was wonderful as well. Great location overall and quiet, except when you have neighbors upstairs or next door, then it is a typical hotel inconvenience. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was decent but delivery isn't reliable. If you are on a schedule, I would suggest dining in vs ordering delivery. Or going somewhere else for a better options of food.

The room had a great view and a private balcony. The breakfast was delicious. There was enough parking. The bed and shower were very nice.

We couldn't use the balcony because of the smell. There was an open sewer lid a few hundred feet away. The breakfast was delicious but you had to order the night before, including setting a time. This meant that we couldn't eat when ready in the morning, but had to wait until it was delivered. My ding on the facilities was due to the smell on the balcony (it do not reach inside)

Clean, remodeled room, gorgeous view, I expected freeway noise, due to location but I could hardly hear anything. Listening to birds in the morning with sliding door open to balcony. Can choose breakfast items the night before for delivery or pick up at your time of choice. Friendly staff. Elevator nice, luggage carts available. Huge space for double bed suite.

Needed one more corner light, position of toilet roll holder too far away from the toilet. Other than that, everything was great!

The room was spacious, with a nice view of the Sound and sweeping lawns leading to the shoreline. The breakfast was delivered to my room at the time they said they'd deliver it, by a very nice worker. Because of the room location, I could not hear the highway traffic. Parking was in a more secure location away from the main highway. It's a privately owned motel and has strict rules, which I appreciate. NOT a party motel, thank goodness! For that area, the price of the motel was lower and I appreciated that! I could tell that the owners took pride in their motel, and staff reflected that good attitude.

It's an older hotel, situated on a few levels on a steep hill. The elevator was not working. Since it's older, so are the carpets, but they were clean, in the room and hallway.

The room was large and comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice touch. My food was always hot and very tasty!

I found it was a little outdated, but I don’t have a problem with that. The room door was wobbly (I kept questioning whether it was fully shut), the floorboard in the bathroom was peeling paint and coming away from the wall (water damage?), and there was a weird patch job above the shower head that kinda looked like it was hiding some possible mold.
