The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, and conveniently located for the conference centres. The gym and pool have good hours of operation.

Staff couldn't recommend any nearby restaurants or answer basic questions about the neighbourhood. They offered to Google things, but I was hoping for personal knowledge. One staff member said she wasn't familiar with the area (downtown). Basic comfort items for a hotel of this price point were missing: no bath robes to travel to and from the pool, which is in a different tower; no amenities kit in the bathroom; WiFi was pay-to-use (refunded for some room types).

I loved the corner room because there were windows and views from 2 sides. The room was very spacious. It was bright, clean and open. I liked that there was a mini fridge. The bathroom was very clean and no issues with the toilet or graut.

It would have been nice if there had been additional beverages in the room. There was one bottle of water and a small coffee maker. Having several bottles of water or a stocked mini fridge with beverages would have been a bonus. I didn't see an ice machine or a drink vending machine anywhere and was too tired to try to find one. Having it in the room would have been fantastic.

The location was close to Pikes Place and was only around a 30 min walk back from T-mobile stadium. The views of the city were nice. The room was huge and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and assisted with all of our inquiries.

The line to talk to the front desk staff was very long every time we needed something, from questions on their voucher program to checking in and out. We didn’t redeem an uber voucher one day bc the line to process the redemption was over 2 hrs long. Calling down was much faster than waiting in line if you needed to request towels (had to wait in line for the uber).

It was only a few minutes walk to the fish market. Being in central Seattle, we were able to get around to where we wanted to via walking and public transit.

Room service still came in despite the privacy sign up and when they serviced the room they never filled up the body wash (which we specifically requested at the front desk). Upon check out, we were charged an additional $9 that seemed to be made up of random taxes that were not displayed on booking.

We landed very early in the morning and were able to check into our room at 8:30AM which was SO appreciated. The room was very comfortable and we liked the seating that was available as well as the view.

The room definitely could have been cleaner. We found several hairs from another guest around the bathroom which was a bit gross. The bathroom ventilation was also terrible. It would have been nice if the hotel had an airport shuttle, but we had to take the light rail.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, the hotel was beautiful inside and even had a Starbucks! We were given a $10 voucher for Uber, which was great since we were there for a concert and loved the idea of being dropped off in front of the venue. We also were gifted a $25 voucher for the restaurant on site or the Starbucks. That was a great surprise! In addition, the annual Gingerbread House contest was on display and that was amazing!

The valet parking was pricy, but then parking in downtown Seattle overnight is not cheap.

Courteous staff, high end service

My neighbors were partying in their room really late. Woken several times with slamming doors, loud music.

An excellent hotel with an unbeatable location – most major attractions are within walking distance, which is crucial for a city like this. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they accommodated us without hesitation, even providing parking right away. The view from our room was stunning; we stayed on the 32nd floor with access to the lounge area. The amenities matched the hotel description perfectly: breakfast, dinner, coffee, and drinks were all top-notch. This hotel deserves a solid 10/10, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

Location right next to the convention center was superb. Room was spacious and clean and king size bed was very comfy. The only downside was weak water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good as long as you ordered a la carte.

While the service quality is very good it is very expensive. However, Seattle in general is very expensive, so maybe it is not so unusual. I also don't like hidden fees (4% added in the breakfast for some weird reasons beyond tax; $10 charge for accepting for me a small package from Amazon and keeping it for a few hours).

I wanted to be as close, comfortable, and luxurious to the event I attended during my stay. Sheraton Grand was my top option. Valet parking was very helpful. Staff was courteous and professional. It was like one big treat for myself.

The ice machine didn't work on the 6th floor, so I went to another floor. I ordered food twice to my room - an okay option if my intent was not to leave the room. Other than that, it was everything I wanted in a central Seattle stay.
