The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, and conveniently located for the conference centres. The gym and pool have good hours of operation.

Staff couldn't recommend any nearby restaurants or answer basic questions about the neighbourhood. They offered to Google things, but I was hoping for personal knowledge. One staff member said she wasn't familiar with the area (downtown). Basic comfort items for a hotel of this price point were missing: no bath robes to travel to and from the pool, which is in a different tower; no amenities kit in the bathroom; WiFi was pay-to-use (refunded for some room types).

Courteous staff, high end service

My neighbors were partying in their room really late. Woken several times with slamming doors, loud music.

We landed very early in the morning and were able to check into our room at 8:30AM which was SO appreciated. The room was very comfortable and we liked the seating that was available as well as the view.

The room definitely could have been cleaner. We found several hairs from another guest around the bathroom which was a bit gross. The bathroom ventilation was also terrible. It would have been nice if the hotel had an airport shuttle, but we had to take the light rail.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, the hotel was beautiful inside and even had a Starbucks! We were given a $10 voucher for Uber, which was great since we were there for a concert and loved the idea of being dropped off in front of the venue. We also were gifted a $25 voucher for the restaurant on site or the Starbucks. That was a great surprise! In addition, the annual Gingerbread House contest was on display and that was amazing!

The valet parking was pricy, but then parking in downtown Seattle overnight is not cheap.

Location right next to the convention center was superb. Room was spacious and clean and king size bed was very comfy. The only downside was weak water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good as long as you ordered a la carte.

While the service quality is very good it is very expensive. However, Seattle in general is very expensive, so maybe it is not so unusual. I also don't like hidden fees (4% added in the breakfast for some weird reasons beyond tax; $10 charge for accepting for me a small package from Amazon and keeping it for a few hours).

An excellent hotel with an unbeatable location – most major attractions are within walking distance, which is crucial for a city like this. We arrived two hours before check-in, and they accommodated us without hesitation, even providing parking right away. The view from our room was stunning; we stayed on the 32nd floor with access to the lounge area. The amenities matched the hotel description perfectly: breakfast, dinner, coffee, and drinks were all top-notch. This hotel deserves a solid 10/10, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

I wanted to be as close, comfortable, and luxurious to the event I attended during my stay. Sheraton Grand was my top option. Valet parking was very helpful. Staff was courteous and professional. It was like one big treat for myself.

The ice machine didn't work on the 6th floor, so I went to another floor. I ordered food twice to my room - an okay option if my intent was not to leave the room. Other than that, it was everything I wanted in a central Seattle stay.

I wish wi-fi would have been included without having to "sign up to be a member" - I have stayed in less expensive hotels with more amenities included than the Sheraton does. Free wifi, free complimentary breakfast and far less money spent. and the accommodations were exceptional also. I found the price to be very expensive to be honest.

The Sheraton is a nice hotel, very nice Staff , Clean but I’ll never stay there again ,No Room Service For Food after 6 pm Not Even. Fresh Hot Coffee ., Starbucks closes early like 5:30 pm , And the restaurant doesn’t have a good variety of options ,So We sat at the bar and that wasn’t all that good the hotel is in a great location to pike street market , Amazon spheres , Amazon To Go , the monorail is also in walking distance and will take you to the space needle , Glass house and pop culture and if you have time ride the water taxi $12 round trip to West Seattle And Let’s Not forget all the homeless and drug addicts around and near the hotel .

I made reservation about 6-8 weeks through booking.com I did that because it had the option of paying at the hotel and I wasn’t sure I was going to make it, but I did! Checking in was a breeze. They were not busy when I arrived which was around 11:00am they weren’t sure if my room would have been ready when I got there, but it def was. I was super happy. Got to my room and freshened up before heading out to get something to eat and to start setting my eyes on some attractions. The room was very big and nice. I had a deluxe room which faces a little part of the city. It was great. Came equipped with a coffee pot, packets of tea and coffee, fridge, iron and iron board, blow dryer and safe. you also get a bottle of 16oz water in your room for free. Just in case this is important to you, no need for you to bring your own body wash, shampoo or conditioner, they have it all. The bed was super comfy but didn’t care much for the pillows. Before I made them come in to clean the room the pillows were good until they cleaned me must have changed them out because they were as soft as ice cream. That made my sleep not so great but my body did get the rest. There was also a sofa bed in my room. Outlets and USB output was also there. Tv had channels that you can watch if you were home. No room Service. There is a Starbucks in the huge lobby and a lounge/bar on the side called “Fountain”. You can also either use Uber svc or there are taxis almost always outside at the curb by the hotel. The concierge will get you one if that’s what you need. The hotel is perfectly located and if you like to shop, you’re in the right neighborhood. Walking distance to almost everything. The front desk staff didn’t seem as friendly but did their job to the best of their ability. No smiles. Nothing. Even checking out was just to the point and thank you, have a good day. Almost robotic like. No time for pleasantries. So sad. But I would def recommend staying here.
