Clean, modern and comfortable beds. We got an upgrade to the space needle view room and the view was gorgeous. I also liked the mini mart at reception, it was very convenient. We stayed on the 27th floor, I had requested a quiet room and it was very peaceful which is important to me. I am a light sleeper. Staff was lovely and super helpful. They managed some busy days with tons of cruise-bound guests very well I have to say. Location was perfect, it’s a nicer part of town and very convenient to walk / uber anywhere central.
Like all downtown areas of Seattle, it can feel a little unsafe at night even though the hotel is located in a nicer part of town. Unfortunately this is an issue that plagues every major west coast city so just be vigilant. We chose to uber back to the hotel after a night out which was easy and cheap. I would recommend this.

Location was nice and walkable to most attractions we intended to go to. Rooms were clean and spacious for my family of 4.
Ice machines were all being serviced at the same time. So you had to go down to the lobby with your ice bucket and have them fill it for you then go back again to your room. Rooms are not that soundproof. You could hear the people talking in the hallways and you could be heard in the hallways if your conversation was near your door. There was no restaurants nor coffee shops around it aside from their own restaurant. You would have to go about 2 - 3 blocks away to find a coffee shop and most opened late. So if you had tours which picked you up early, either you would be rushing to grab a breakfast, if not in their own restaurant which was a bit pricey, or plan your breakfast the night before or on the road if the tour allows you.

The room/floor was quiet. We had a nice view of the city and the Space Needle. It was nearby several bus stops.
The hotel is located high on a hill. If you plan to visit the main sightseeing attractions at the pier, be prepared to walk up a steep hill. The housekeeping didn't thoroughly clean each afternoon. We found several random hair throughout the room each night and a liquor bottle in the bathroom floor behind the sink. Interestingly, we didn't find the bottle until we cleaned and packed up on the 6th and final morning.

Location: the property was centrally located and walkable to almost every landmark/tourist spot we went to Facilities: our room had everything we needed and had an amazing view of the Space needle. The room itself was super clean, quiet and comfortable as well. There’s also a small self-serve market behind the front desk where you can buy basic essentials/snacks and pay on your own so it was super convenient and helpful without having to go to stores outside like CVS/Target/Walgreens Staff: the staff were all professional and amazing during our stay Breakfast: the breakfast buffet (only offered on weekends) was delicious and had plenty of options. The breakfast menu during the weekdays was also ever nice too. If you booked breakfast with your reservation, you can order anything off the menu during the weekday
The elevator system is advanced where you simply tap your card on the readers outside the elevators and it will automatically tell you which elevator to take. Sometimes the elevators were a bit slow but most of the times they were fine.

Front desk staff were very good. The room was very nice and comfortable. Though it would have been nice to have four towels, like most hotels have. There were just three in my room.
When I went to leave the valet was no where to be found. I had to go back inside to the check in desk to ask for assistance. Which had there not been a gentle waiting for a ride, who was in the lobby saw me try the locked doors, came and opened the door for me. Then I still had to wait a bit for the valet to come and then retrieve my car. I had had a 5:00am appointment for a surgical procedure check and only made with a couple of minutes to spare.

The room was very clean and spacious and provided a lovely view of the City. We appreciated the security the building had to offer and enjoyed the amenities (fitness center). The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
The parking lot was full so we had to park a block away in a public parking garage. This was a little disappointing after a long 7 hour car trip as we were tired and would have preferred the convenience of parking right at our hotel. The location was very nice but walking access to main tourist attractions including the Waterfront and Pike Place Market proved a little difficult for a person with bad knees due to the distance and steep inclines on some of the streets.

It was what I needed it to be. I had a good views, it was clean, and it was close enough to the action to walk but far enough to not be extra busy. Did I mention the view was great! I could see the space needle, no problem. I also liked they had people there to give us a ride to the cruise terminal and it wasn't too expensive.
When we got there early there was the option to pay 40 bucks to get in a room early and they told us to wait but then forgot about us. Maybe the rooms could've looked and felt more modern but it wasn't the end of the world.

The staff was very friendly helpful and guided us in a way that helped us get us to our room in good standing and the valet parking was exceptional as well very positive fun loving people there and the facilities overall was great the rooms were awesome with great views to the city. The restaurant on the second floor the servers were very nice and quick to serve the breakfast buffet was good a few bucks maybe overpriced but it is what it is the restaurant at night had really good food good service and great environment for a great dinner at the hotel
My first night unfortunately my tub was clogged and that night the toilet got really clogged and maintenance had to come up with special equipment to do a severe unclogging the next morning but it was able to work the extra two nights thereafter

I am updating my review for more details -- the hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the downtown area of Seattle, close to most tourist attractions, and is very safe to walk at night. The room is also spacious and quiet despite being close to the highway. Even though the hotel is under construction, there is a printer in the lobby area, which was very helpful because I was there to attend a conference. The hotel staff were very friendly.
Our room wasn't cleaned for two days despite we hung the cleaning sign outside of our door. I had to call the service desk to ask for clean towels and coffee. It was not until the day before we left that our room was finally cleaned, and we were provided bottled water. Otherwise, I liked the hotel.

Excellent location, Furniture and room a bit dated but good and clean.
A bit expensive but it's Vancouver central. Sink and shower did not drain well so water was backing up with the muck. I did not have time to let management know. Booked a shuttle with a private supplier through the front desk and the front desk person forgot to book the shuttle. Lucky I checked again in the afternoon to confirm and ensure the booking was done otherwise we could have missed our flight or at least been inconvenienced.
