The location is very close to airport with access to nearby public transport. Its located in a very calm and serene place with lots of greenery around. The room was comfortable with all the facilities of hair dryer, coffee machines, TV, heating facilities etc. The toilet was large. They provided shuttle service from Airport however nominal 3USD was charged. The staff at the reception was nice during check in.

Only drawback is that they do not provide luggage store room at all unlike other Ramada hotels. So while checking out in the morning for city visit we had a challenge to tow our luggage all along.

The location was convenient as it was a short drive to our destinations in Seattle.

The staff were difficult to work with. Upon check in the staff member was unwelcoming - she did not greet us, maybe said 5 words to us during the check in process which extended to “ID, credit or debit cards”. When we had to come back because our key cards were not working or needed extra towel, the staff member acted as if this was bothersome to her and her personal use of her cell phone. Overall, the stay was good… the staff could use some customer service training.

The bed and pillows were outstanding. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large with a jacuzzi tub. There was an Asian restaurant that was good food and a decent selections. They had a shuttle to the airport, which was convenient. It had comfortable chairs for the desk and lounging.

The jacuzzi tub started to show a gap from the tub tile seal. When the water was emptied and person out, it returned to level, meaning it was sagging when occupied. The carpet was a bit dated and showed significant use.

I wasn't excited about this hotel as the reviews were mediocre and it was listed as a two star. I found it to be clean, quiet, close to the airport and the staff helpful. We took at 3:30am shuttle and it was on time and the driver helpfully pointed out the most direct route to get from the shuttle to the airline desk we needed. Prior to booking, reviews said the shuttle driver was grumpy; however, that was not our experience.

Everything was fine and far better than expected given the 2 star rating.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and it was perfect for a quick stop. It’s located just minutes from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service to and from Sea-Tac, which is a big plus. When I arrived, I took an Uber from the airport—it was super organized and efficient. I got to the hotel in about 5 minutes, even though it was midnight, and I was heading to my room just two minutes after checking in. Great experience overall!

I loved the staff and the room was beautiful and the comfy bed was just amazing. The restaurant in the lobby was excellent!! The food was amazing and the prices were excellent. Staff was very kind.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t use the laundry facilities. They said they were out of order, so I had to make a trip to the laundromat. The maids didn’t service the room while I stayed there but were nice to give me clean towels when I asked.

The mattress was very comfortable and the hotel was in a convenient location. We liked that there was a restaurant on site since we were tired and didn't really want to go out again after arriving. The food was good and reasonably priced.

When we arrived, the clerk couldn't find our reservation. We had to pull out our copy of it before she could find it. That took extra time to check in which was annoying.

My granddaughter drove me. We had planned to go find a DDD meal. Instead we found an amazing Vietnamese restaurant in the lobby!! We pulled off the street to the front door. We heard a horn blaring about every ten seconds. Finally figured out it was the shuttle driver. He very aggressively motioned for us to move as I was about to get out and walk in. We actually called from the parking lot, above and a long way for me to that door, to cancel the reservation because of the horrid individual that drove the courtesy shuttle and the fact that I cannot walk very well. BTW. I am elderly and on a cane with assist. I, and several family members, come to see my daughter several times a year. Unless this man is addressed none of the nine of us will ever return there. I came because this was my first time there. My grandsons were unhappy their Nana was treated badly because they had been telling me to come.

I did not like the shuttle driver. He is rude and obnoxious. I was calling inside to cancel and get my money back. The front desk server was the best ever frontline accommodation. Her name was Janetta King. She turned out to be a gem. She did the best ever service recovery you could imagine. We were tired and our plan was to find a DDD restaurant and crash for a morning flight. The restaurant in the lobby was phenomenal. Service, food and, even other patrons. But. Jenetta is a ROCK STAR!!

Location, parking , shuttle service and the. Beds are comfortable

The exceptionally strong smell of marijuana in the halls and especially the elevators. Both elevators reeked of it. I’m sensitive to the smell and though it’s legal, if smoking needs to be 25 ft away from the building so should weed. Or the people should need be respectful of others!!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. We stayed on the 4th floor and everything was clean and quiet. We loved the large jetted tub and the comfortable bed. I was a little concerned after reading all the negative reviews, but honestly, my girlfriend and I had a really nice time.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Even the lady when I was checking out was polite, quick and to the point, but professional and courteous.
