The breakfast is okay. The staff is phenomenal. The rooms are always clean. The amenities are clean and usable. You can bring your pets. I will stay here over and over again. Our first experience was the reason we came back, and the second time was just as good. And there's AC.

The only thing that wasn't great is they are on a dead end, and the main road is being worked on. The gravel was soft, and I was afraid I'd be stuck, and it got my car extremely dirty. I would have avoided this road entirely, but because it's on a dead end, there is no other way to get to the hotel.

I was really pleased with the price I paid for the room, all the staff were wonderful and it was great having the use of a swimming pool and jacuzzi! I loved the fact that delicious coffee was always available in the reception area, along with iced water. I also loved the little shop facility too. All in all, I hugely enjoyed my stay at La Quinta by Wyndham, Lacey, WA and will most certainly stay there again - thank you.

This is super picky but I felt that all the carpet throughout was a little well worn

Erin greeted us with a friendly smile and explained in a nice way that our rooms would be ready around 3pm. She also put our rooms on the 2nd floor next to each other. Just as requested! Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Very clean and we loved that coffee and tea was available 24/7! Can we book way in advance for next year?

The homeless in the parking lot was a little worrisome since the hotel is not secured in the evenings. Maybe lock the doors and use your room key to enter at night would be a good idea!

The breakfast was great! The location was central, and really easy to access from I 5. You have a weekend reception desk employee that is fantastic! I’m sorry I can’t remember your name, but if you are a young woman with long dark hair… thank you so much for putting your best efforts to making our stay enjoyable 😌

It was a little dated, there was a tiny bit of a musty smell noticeable each time we entered our room.

The nice lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing! She worked the front desk every evening / night that we were there and she was so pleasant during every interaction. The housekeepers were super sweet and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs were a little watery but everything else was perfect. Super bummed I slept in on our last day so I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast. I wish the breakfast would go a half hour to an hour longer. They close it up with lots of leftovers that end up in the trash so that's unfortunate, but all in all it was a fabulous experience. Im never disappointed by la quintas!

The overall cleanliness of the room and facilities were great. There was a few minor things missed. like some old female catheter tips under the vanity in the back corner of bathroom 😮 We also found some random odds and ends like chapstick under the edges of the beds, But those are hard to reach easy to miss locations so I let it pass. We are all human.

The staff is friendly and the room cleaners went above and beyond to help fix our tv remote. We are very pleased with the experience and will stay there again. Plenty of parking, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees. We loved it had had a comfortable, quiet, clean and restful stay.

The bathroom curtain in our room was way too short to keep the water from flooding the floor. This is the first LA QUINTA where this has happened. We always look for and chose to stay in La Quinta, anywhere we travel in the USA. Much better option than "Discomfort Inn". Please install a curtain that is long enough to prevent the water from going everywhere. Other than that, all was great, comfy, quiet and lovely

The location, pool, friendly staff

Bed was to hard. No coffee pot in the room.

Great location for getting on and off the I-5 plus wonderful area to walk the dog. King bed is comfortable with lots of pillows. Good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast is pretty standard for this chain, but it is always well stocked and clean with enough options. Just missing decaf coffee. Parking is plentiful and well lit.

The location was prime, right next to I5. The staff was superb and very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The noise level from the traffic is easily heard through the closed windows, but we had a sound machine with us which helped drown it out at night. I would update the flat pillows, it was hard to get comfortable on them at night. Otherwise, everything was great!

Affordable and location is close to where I need to be. Coffee was available 24hrs, which was nice!

Breakfast was decent, but it could use a bit more variety. Didn't see any fruits, milk, orange juice..
