The hotel staff was extremely accommodating! We came from California with my elderly parents. My brother had unexpected surgery and remains in a rehab in Shelton and was very ill. His 3 boys and their families as well as my parents and my 3 sisters basically took over he lobby as this was the best place we could all come together. The staff was gracious and simply understanding and it meant the world to my parents and family. Some we hadn’t seen for years! My parents met some of their great grandkids for the first time! Most of all it meant so much to me. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the whole hotel staff. They were awesome! We had a great time and I am sure it helped with my brothers healing process. He had been so lonely! Again I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!

Everything was great!

Nice big casino and grounds to walk around. Lots of quiet little corners or areas to sit and talk. Love not having children around. Peaceful and nice. Pool with no people. Restaurants easy to get into.

Attention to pool and spa could have been better. Hot tub foamed up like no one had showered off first and no one knew what defoamer was to drop the suds way down. Otherwise great pool area. Old decor. Huge deluxe King but poorly arranged and decorated room. Bed on one wall, TV next to you on your right? How are you supposed to watch it? Large area just sitting empty in middle of room where I could have put a pull out queen and maybe that was once there but I got the feeling no one cared about us at the end of the hall. Room 260. I could have decorated the heck out of that huge room.

Large decent room. Had an RV park where our friends were staying. Held our bags until room was ready. Good pizza and fries. Friendly staff.

Never got a text that our room was ready. The shower needed a shelf or somewhere to hold shampoo, soap, etc vs laying it all on the tile floor. In the casino, they had lots of technical difficulties with our rewards cards, in fact they never got my husbands to work. We had just signed up and were supposed to get $10 free play, but his never worked after like 40mins of wasted time. The casino staff don’t have much authority to do anything for customers. Won’t gamble there again.

Loved the decor in the room

With the construction going on, we followed the sign for the Hotel . You couldn’t go through but there weren’t any other signs that I saw. We parked and then had to wander to find the hotel lobby. A little frustrating!

LOVE that you provide an all casino NO SMOKING. The staff was amazing! constantly wiping down the machines and pushing in chairs etc. In the eatery end the staff did the same excellent cleaning. Everyone was friendly and the customer service was wonderful.

Sadley our beds were VERY uncomfortable very hard!! We also had problems cashing in our tickets for cash, many of the machines were not working. Also thought the price of our room was a bit expensive. Booking was also a challenge. When I called to book, I was put on hold. When the person came back it was a booking agent not the direct person at the casino. It all worked out but I preferer to speak to the front desk.

We stayed in the deluxe King room on the 5th floor, it was a very large room with vaulted ceilings, very nice and comfortable. We defiantly recommend this hotel.

Nothing the whole experience was great. After a nice night, I was able to get coffee and breakfast right at the same location and the price was good.

They need to have info signs along hiway 3 to notify you the exit to take is coming up. The casino is hidden by trees and first time guests will miss the exit as it comes up and you are not ready for, especially the one when heading south on hwy 3. Also better signage indicating where the entrance for check-in.

Paid for upgrade on the room at 100. 00 a night. Hotel would not honor upgrade from booking . com, said it was not the hotels deal, booking. Com was charging for something they had no business charging. Now, we have to figure out how to get the monies back, or forget about it. I know, we will not use Booking,. Com again.

The Casino

Parking. I'm handicapped and I could not find a handicapped spot on any of the four days we spent there. There were people parked in handicapped spots that did not have a plate or placard showing they were handicapped and when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they said there wasn't anything they could do about it.

I liked the serene feel within the hotel. Most casinos there is a lot of noise near the lobby and/or off the floors near the elevator, but this was really nice because it was a calming environment and the noise from the casino was nowhere near the hotel. Wonderful!

Our room refrigerator did not keep our items cold so it was difficult to have our food stored overnight to take with us on our road trip.
