I was confortable for almost the whole time, till the check out

At the moment of the check out, the front desk assistant went to the room to check that everything was good, and when he come back he told us that he cannot give the deposit back because of a stain, we went to check it out, and it was a old and crusty nail polish or lipstick idk but it was like makeup or something, and obviously it wasnt me, i dont use none of that stuff, just by looking at it you can tell it was old and he was trying to blame us for the bad washing and cleaning of their team, i was having a great stay but after this im not coming back...

The bed was super cute It was yellow I have flower designs I really like the room with TVs They make it easy for me to plug in my DVD player so that my children will be happy while we're away from home. Tons of food opportunities with a grocery store just down the road This is my favorite place to stay when I need a place away from home

One of the rooms we got had a bit of a funk from the previous person. We were given a new room. The next morning when we went to get breakfast the maintenance man was carpet cleaning the room that had the odor. I was VERY impressed that they jumped right on that issue and addressed it head on.

Room was clean and good size. Casino restaurant next door was reasonably priced with good food.

Bathroom was small (had to shut the door to use the toilet) and the breakfast area provided minimal food selections but was adequate for us.

The front desk clerk was nice and it was fun watching the planes take off and land. I didn’t know we were next to an airport but it didn’t bother me.

Didn’t know the jacuzzi had been cemented in as the ad showed it with water.

Fair pricing and location was good for whare we were going

I asked about house keeping and asked for extra pillows and didn't recieve either but otherwise nice stay

Very convenient

The area and parking. The outside needs to look presentable and at least make it look safe. Looks like a shelter from the outside.

Location good but noisy from trains.

The sink needs repair. Dirty handles. Needs replacement. Could not read controls for very old air conditioner and heater. Extra blanket had cigarette holes in it. Water for bathing could have been adjusted higher for temperature.

The staff were great and very accommodating!

Everything stores near quiet and comfortable.

Was a little bit dirty but everything else was great.
