Efficient shuttle on return to airport. Room was good, quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast room kept clean & stocked by a dedicated person. No TV in the breakfast room turned to a fake news channel.

Once again, the courtesy phone for pickups not working. For us foreigners on e-SIMs an extra roaming call cost. 20 minute 'it's on it's way' pickup.

My only issue was being able to contact the hotel to request a shuttle. None of the courtesy phones were working, and I have an international phone that would not let me call the local lines. I waited in the December cold hoping a regular shuttle would pass by. In the meantime, I sent a message to the hotel through the travel app. After 45 minutes, I asked a kind stranger to call for me. While the courtesy phone issue at the airport and my international phone are not the fault of the hotel, another option to quickly contact the hotel through more immediate messaging response would be appreciated.

The staff was wonderfully friendly. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and courteous. The van drivers were both excellent. The housekeepers we encountered on this one night stay were all kind, smiling, and our room was perfectly clean. The location near the airport is ideal, and we had a day and a half layover from an international trip. The staff was accommodating and truly excellent. The restaurant in the parking lot was super nice, as well, and, though not a part of the hotel, was honestly 18 seconds of walking through the parking lot to get there, and, it was open by noon, so we were both happy.

Breakfast. This was a disappointment. The only negative we could say was in this area. Hard boiled eggs for the protein, and then a bunch of bread products for the rest. There was some fruit available, but, far less of a breakfast than you would find at a budget hotel. Even Holiday Inn Express or Springhill Suites do a better job. The breakfast lady was nice enough though, but, honestly, the lack of good breakfast options was disappointing.

Nice, very clean room with everything we needed. The windows opened for fresh air which is good but it also made it quite noisy. The restaurant Sharps Roasthouse just across the parking lot has good medium priced meals and a lively casual atmosphere. Walking distance from the airport with no road crossings and no hills. It took us ~10 min to walk (we are both 66 yrs old), and we saw one of our countrymen with a foot brace from a sports injury also walking and wheeling his bag, so really, the walk is easy.

Breakfast. I know this has to be provided to a budget, ... but just a small improvement would go a long way. We were early to breakfast so maybe not everything was out, but I'll assume it was. My specific comments: Good selection of oats, but the 'fresh' fruit was old, damaged and soft apples! No cream for the waffles! Something like baked beans and good bread (not some weird cold round thing?) with the (very nice) sausages? Good coffee.

The hospitality of Ms.Rocio as she explains everything perfectly with a genuine smile. It uplifts a southerner like me since it's my first time staying in WA for a visit. Hope every employee is kind hearted and accomodating as her. Definitely will be staying here again once I travel to Seattle as it is near the airport & train station. I can go to downtown whenever I want. The room is adequately spacious & clean too; Comfy bed. Aircon & room view is perfect. NO bedbugs thank you God! 😍

Maybe an upgrade on the facility like the restroom & elevator. I saw chipped spots which needs to be repaired. Also, add more food options in the breakfast table.

I had a great stay at the Coast Gateway Hotel! The free airport transfer to and from SeaTac was super convenient and made my trip much smoother. I also appreciated the complimentary night parking—a rare bonus in this area. The free breakfast was a nice touch and had a good variety to start the day. But what really stood out were the receptionists—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the curtains in the room didn’t fully close, which let in quite a bit of light during the night. There was an airplane parked behind the hotel with a blinking signal light that was shining right into the window, making it hard to sleep. If that gets fixed, the stay would be pretty much perfect.

We stayed there overnight prior to going on a cruise. Room was clean and they provided free airport transfers and for a fee they shuttled us round trip to the cruise port. This was more economical for our large group of 8 with numerous bags then ride share. It was convenient both to and from the port and the airport as well. We had a late flight out of Seattle after our cruise and we were able to store our luggage in their locked room which was so appreciated and allowed us a day to explore the area without worrying about our bags! Very friendly and professional staff! Would definitely stay there again if in area.

Breakfast could have been a bit better with more variety but area was clean and items they had were well stocked.

Stayed here twice in the last weeks. Liked the hotel very much, friendly staff, rooms are equipped with everything you need, inexpensive, free breakfast, flexible check in if room available, nearby restaurant and 7-11 within walking distance. Especially the flexible check in was much appreciated. Did not figure out the courtesy shuttle to the hotel outside regular hours. Told us to call the hotel for the shuttle but my foreign cell phone did not provide service in Seattle and courtesy phones at the airport do not operate any more. Minor problem if you take the inexpensive room rate into consideration and if you figure out that an Uber only costs around 13 usd. Would not recommend taxi service because they charged us at least 21 usd for a trip of less than 5 minutes.

Rooms were adequate and amenities were sufficient. Breakfast was good and hot

I asked the shuttle to take me to Departures. I recently had a hip and femur bone replaced and unable to walk long Distances He goes to Arrivals and picks up passengers arriving and tells me to get off at the garage 2 large suitcases, cane plus purse. Thank God there was a Garage attendant to help me. I was furious 😠 😡 If I could, he would have been fired on the spot. Because of 1 person, my experience was ruined. I phoned your 800 number and the local number. 800 number got disconnected and I called the local number, receptionist just kept saying oh. Oh. Not a fun time for me.😡😡😡

I always try to stay here as I transit through Seattle quite often. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of the airport (around 600 m I guess) without having to cross any busy roads. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This time we spent 2 nights. For our day in Seattle we rented a car and drove up to Snoqualmie Falls. Absolutely gorgeous, and we went for a short hike by the river. I recommend 2 nights between flights; we were in transit between 2 fairly long flights, each about 8 hrs, so this stop gave us time to recover from the first one.

Breakfast is always a disappointment. There is a nice breakfast room, but the food could be better. Nice to have waffles, but no options like a good fruity jam, just some syrup. And no whipped cream! Oatmeal sachets are appreciated (actually this is what I usually have) but the fresh fruit options are ... depressing. It's a shame, the US has very good fresh food available, and I´m sure in Seattle there are also good quality breads and pastries available.
