I stayed here a lot over the years I had left in August 2023 and did not plan on returning, I heard there was new management and owners, I took a chance and booked! From the moment I pulled into the driveway to check in I could see how much cleaner the grounds were, no broken cars or trash! The pool area looks a lot better and all of the rooms had doors!! The new owner and management team care and you can see it!

Some of the rooms are outdated, old carpet, needs new paint, sealant around tubs etc, but I can see the repairs are starting!

They said it’s not showing my book reservation, even though was fast to fixed was a bit uncomfortable. They don’t have a jacuzzi room as said in the reservation- which for me, doesn’t make any difference but it’s good to don’t expect for. On booking say breakfast it’s 6-10am but I got there 9:10 e was already closed. If they fixed this communication it might be a good deal. I also twisted my foot because has steps for the room without any signs so be careful, that miss up my trip and I end to the urgent care.

I spent two days at the Ramada and had a very comfortable stay. I was booked in efficiently, despite there apparently being a glitch in their computer, and allocated a comfortable ground-floor room with parking almost outside it. I had difficulty getting the keycard to work (in hindsight, I may have put it in my pocket next to my phone - which has a magnet in it), but a passing member of staff helped me - and went back to reception to get a replacement - great service. The suite was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself visiting the Seattle area...

Not enough tea bags in the room for 2 nights. They need to get rid of all bulky furniture to provide space to walk around, no need of wide table, wide dresser or bulky armoire. There should be 2 chairs in the room. Btw the telephone doesn't work.

Friendly staff. Free parking. Price very good. Food very good. Apples, bread, coffee, tea, jam, waffles, porridge. Don't expect 5 star accommodation for Price. Price reflects 3 🌟. Clean. Fictional. Location. 30 minutes at busy time from city centre.

The building is say 20 years old. But functional.

I enjoyed the comfortable space. There is plenty of sitting and work space. The bed, linen, and pillows were quite comfortable. I liked the swivel TV. I also really enjoyed that there was a tub with the shower. There was visible ware in places which brought down my ratings some. All in all though the place was great for the cost. BE WARE YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY A $100 OR $200 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

The pool and hot tub were not the least bit inviting.

Friendly staff. Mr Anand always greeted us with a smile and helped with our problems. He made us feel home away from home.

We had problem continuously with the opening of the door. Asked for new cards often.

The staff is kind, and understanding. They are fantastic people here. I watched the staff deal with a disrespectful customer and the person at the desk remained calm and respectful to the customer.

The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating with every aspect of check-in to check-out. The bed was comfy; there were enough towels for two days; and the breakfast had a variety of options including healthy and cold/hot options.

Very kind gentleman that checked us out in the morning. Clean rooms, comfortable.

All was good, but I heard a dog bark next door. I didn’t say anything because of my own safety if guests were exposed. Same room of guests came in around 2a and were loud for about 20mins.
