The location near RER station is very good for trips into Paris. The room is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator included. It is very quiet inside the building. Next time we visit Paris we're happy to book again

Downside of the location is if you stay on the railwayside there will be noise from trains. If you stay on the riverside there is less noise. There are rooms available which mention Riverview. The ventilation system in the room can be noisy In the booking and paying process it is not clearly stated that the local taxes have to be paid at the location at arrival. Local taxes are included and part of the total price. When you pay after the booking process you pay the part excluding the local the local taxes and at arrival you pay the local taxes.

Everything you need as a family was available at the property, the metro, bus station, the grocery store were few mins to the property, very trekkable, I so loved the kitchenette, the river view as well and the staffs were willing to assist when called

I message if I could check in an hour before the check in time which was declined, I came around my check in time and I was delayed for some minutes. We were given a room and we got there it was as if it has just been checked out from and not cleaned yet, we had to go back to the reception again waited for few mins before we were given another room. I didn’t like that at all but there was a swift response to our complaint

The apartment-style room I booked offered more amenities than I expected. There were numerous dishes, pots, cups, and mugs. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was more than willing to accommodate us. The train station is about a five-minute walk from here. Everything is within a close proximity.

The check-in times were set in stone and not flexible whatsoever. However, this time makes sense in France with the closing and opening of shops and restaurants. If your flight arrival time happens to be early, come to the hotel to drop off your bags, but make sure to have an alternative itinerary if you are going to be waiting long.

Reasonable sized studio apartment, fine for 1, might be smallish for a couple. Good size bathroom. Quiet. under 5 minutes walk from RER station. Good boulangerie-patisserie across the street, and other food shopping close by. My second stay in a year.

Transport (RER) can be infrequent in the evenings & on Sunday's, additional planning required... no trips involving complex connections.

The room I had was nice looked like it was one of the rooms that had been updated, however my daughter and her partner were staying there for the weekend and their room was awful, old fashioned dark not even a headboard in their room I was staying in A201 and they stayed in B201 Shame really as she was there to spend her 21st birthday

I liked what I stayed in but think the other rooms need to be updated to the same standard

We have stayed many times at this hotel as we have family nearby. In my opinion, it is a great deal for certain types of travellers. Let's be clear: it's a budget hotel. It's also an "apartment-hotel", meaning people use it for longer stays, so the rooms are quite spacious -- almost grand compared to what you might get in the center of Paris -- and have (very) minimal cooking facilities. It has always been perfectly clean. The breakfast is just dandy for half the price of what you would pay in Paris. It's a quick walk to an RER station that will take you directly to the center of Paris in no time. There is also a tram stop close to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to people who are looking to stay in Paris for a few days or longer, want to save money on lodging but also want a clean and functional place to stay, and are willing to navigate the RER or the tram/metro.

It's great value for money, so I can't really say that there are things I don't like. People staying here should know that there are not a lot of restaurants around, although there is one right next to the hotel that seems to keep late hours. I think daily housekeeping may be an extra charge. Contrary to popular wisdom, request a "street-side" room because the street is quiet whereas you might get some train/RER noise on the other side.

The apartment was well equipped and close to the train station with the city only being 15 mins onnthr train. There are lots of food places a short walk in the area and even a short walk to the tram! It was handy to be able to wash and dry clothes. The beds were comfy and the roller shutters made the room nice and dark. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The gym could only be used one person at a time

For the money we paid, it's a good deal. Very close to RER service, 3 stops to Saint Michel Noter Dam station. A large room with small stove and refrigerator, microwave... Etc. Good air condition. Very nice restaurant right out of the hotel, also a great small bakry, and the super market is not far.

Cleaning service only after 5 days. The hotel and the rooms are not so clean and not very well maintained. Most of the receptionest speak very poor English. Nothing to do in the close area, so you have to go back to Paris, if you want to go out at night.

The location was great. Was only a 2 minute walk to the train station which takes you directly into the centre of Paris. The staff were always helpful and the language barrier was never really a problem. They always made the effort to understand what we were asking and it was never a problem.

There was no English language tv stations and even though there was supposed to be subtitles, they didn't work. This wasn't really a big deal as most of the time we were out exploring the city so were not really in the room. It's a very small gripe. Pillows could be a little more comfy

In a wird: AWESOME. Nice spacious, clean rooms. Rooms were also adjoining so we were connected directly to our kids’ room, giving the feeling of having an apartment. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. The location is OK, being just a short walk from the RER station for a quick ride to the centre.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The area itself was not fantastic, but given the close proximity to the station, no complaints.
