Loved everything about this hotel. The friendly welcome from the reception staff when we arrived set the tone for the whole stay. All the staff were lovely, without exception.This is a boutique hotel with a luxury feel that spoils its guests. Comfortable beds and pillows with crisp linens, immaculately clean throughout. Bathrobes, slippers and vanity kit. Every day from 2pm till late there is a lovely spread of cakes and treats, coffee and hot chocolate along with a range of teas and cordials in the stylish lounge area. All free for guests. If you are traveling with a family it is wonderful value as the young people can pop down and have some tea when they like. They also stock the little mini bar in your room each day with a range of non-alcoholic drinks - again free of charge. There is also a good pool, sauna and spa. It’s very centrally located: we walked everywhere from this hotel, to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay and Montmartre to name a few. We extended our stay by two days, we liked it that much and will absolutely stay again.

The hotel sits at the heart of Zone 9. Both the public transport and Bolt are good. There is a nice parking two minutes away from the hotel if you decide to drive here. The breakfast is excellent and the food bar at the ground floor is always often for free (both coffee and snakes are free) during the day, which I think is the best surprising idea I have never seen in any other hotel before. The room is nicely decorated. It is relatively small but it is acceptable considering the nice location. Yes, as other comments suggested, staffs here are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel for a stay in Paris! Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely french balcony. Breakfast was great but had a lot less greens than I’m used to, which seemed to be replaced by a large selection of pastries (how very french of them). Plus points for the coffee/tea/snack buffet that they have every day from 2pm! We really loved it here and I can not recommend this hotel enough :-)

By mistake the cleaning lady forgot to empty/check the shopping bags before throwing them away, and lost all of my receipts and tax refund forms..

My experience was really above all expectations. The room was ready before 15:00, I’ve got the keys immediately. There‘s a free bar with snacks and drinks throughout the day (very much like the concept of „executive lounge“ a là Ritz or Hilton, except that they put it at hilarious pricing). In case of Astotel, it felt very friendly and welcoming, and was much appreciated! The cleaning service was great, free mini bar in the room filled with drinks, the spa and relaxation zone was amazing too, recently renovated and very comfortable. The stuff was super friendly without being clingy or annoying, sometimes you go to five star hotels and all you get is golden keys concierge who wouldn’t even greet you when you enter the lobby, but in Astra they’re really one step ahead of you with everything, and it feels natural. Also, they were one of not so many hotels in Paris who currently take booking without prepayment, and I appreciate the trust they put in their clients. I’m super happy with my experience and I will certainly come back. Best price & quality you could find in Paris. Thank you!

Everything is shiny and new which is a treat and the staff were absolutely delightful from start to finish, including the waiting staff and cleaning/house keeping team - very impressive. Buffet breakfast was very nicely laid out and all the food excellent, although fresh coffee would have been nicer rather than using machines. The pool area including sauna and steam room were sublime and it felt very indulgent to wander down in our robes and slippers for a swim.

There are areas (particularly the lifts and communal areas and dining room) which could and should have been cleaner. The buffet breakfast was lovely but it took us two days to find out that we could ask for eggs, omelettes etc to be cooked fresh from the kitchen too - this should have been obvious as it makes a huge difference to order things freshly made. During the day the ‘snack’ area was left to become completely messy and uncleaned which was not pleasant. The dining room itself is soulless and has some rather weird round floor lamps which are far too bright. It’s a shame because other communal areas are really pretty and cosy, but the dining room feels like an airport. The soundproofing in the bedrooms was poor and we were kept awake for the first two nights by the people upstairs.

Very good located, nearby everything you want to see and visit in Paris. We enjoyed wandering in the streets and squares near the hotel, both nights and days. The staff were polite and helpful. The room and common areas are nicely decorated and everything was very clean. Summary: a pleasant hotel in an excellent location

The rooms׳ windows overlook each other, curtains must be closed for privacy. Perhaps it’s just the inner rooms. Bathroom: also you can control the exact water’s temperature, you can’t control the water flow. Nothing too disturbing - but unusual.

The hotel was great and the quality of the service I wanted to recognize by writing a review. They are so accommodating to families, we booked the double family room with adjourned doors and it was massive. The kids loved the swing! The pool was also excellent for a cool down post sightseeing. Massi at reception went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and helped us check in a little early after a very long flight as well as organize extra activities for us. I can’t rate his service highly enough and I would recommend Astotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Paris. Thank you Massi and the team.

I highly recommend this hotel. Quiet rooms on a courtyard that are big for Paris standards and light with good curtains to darken when needed. Great hairdryer, coffee machine, fee non-alcoholic minibar and all other amenities one needs (bathrobe, slippers, etc.). Also loved the breakfast / all-day eating / lounge area. Breakfast is excellent and so is the afternoon free buffet. Spa are is also very nice. And staff is very friendly. Loved it and will be back!

We got the big room , around 30m2. Toilet is in separate room than bathroom, which is abit weird but i think normal in paris. The room has this swing chair hanging from the ceiling which absolutely not useful at all and taking space of the room that shouldn’t be. It was very annoying. Room doesnt feel its 4 stars hotel. I would give it 3 stars. It is not cozy not comfortable specially the pillows and the bed.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free snacks and mini bar was a nice extra. The pool area was also very nice, but a bit small and there was enough seating for everyone in the pool area.

In our room we had a separate toilet from the shower, which was great in theory. The problem was that there was no sink in the same space as the toilet, so you had to leave the toilet area to wash your hands in the shower area. If someone was in the shower, you were left waiting to wash your hands, which was gross.
