This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel because it is really nice. The location, the rooms, the breakfast couldn’t be better. You are a few minutes from the opera garnier, galeries lafayette, gardens des tuleries. It is a very active area full of restaurants and locals.

The staff's attention is correct, do not expect smiles or greetings every time you arrive or leave the hotel. If you need something they will help you but they will not be nice or friendly. The only ones that are super friendly are all the people at breakfast, they are all a love and help you and treat you super well. The hotel is getting neglected, broken dishes at breakfast. In the room they don't replace the soap or bathroom accessories. These are details that they didn't have before, everything was excellent and now there are minimal flaws. Nothing that makes me not to choose it again, only the price is getting more and more expensive in relation to these failures.

Lovely lil hotel in the heart of Paris. The room size was excellent. The metro connectivity is superb. There are atleast 3 metro n railway stations nearby.

The location is just superb - the hotel’s location is in the heart of Paris and within walking distance of many tourist spots. However, the small sidestreet that it is situated on, makes it quiet enough that any street noise did not disturb us even at night with the windows open (windows on the street side). The rooms were very clean and surprisingly large. The staff is extremely polite, warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and good, with plenty of options. However, the breakfast menu was exactly the same every day (it did not bother us, but if you’d like variety, then you can always opt to have breakfast anywhere in the city). All in all, an excellent experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with a central location in Paris 👍

It was beautiful

Everything from the moment I entered the hotel was fantastic, the staff were so welcoming. It is such a wonderful hotel, so beautifully decorated. I stayed for Christmas from 20th to 27th December. My stay couldn't have been more comfortable, I felt like I was in a home away from home. The small touches in the room were lovely, ie. the complimentary water in the fridge, super quality mini toiletries. The bed is so comfortable and the bath is fantastic, so much so I went out and bought bubble bath. I also really appreciated that they have a water machine in the lobby for guests to use as often as they need as in a previous hotel in Paris they charged me for more water so this is something small but yet so big. The room had a lovely city view, I loved waking up in the morning and looking down below on the street watching people come and go. I had the breakfast on Christmas morning for convenience, and I would agree with others that it's very pricey for what it is - I believe this is pretty standard for a hotel breakfast and for me it was worth paying for the convenience but I wouldnt get it every day as it is too expensive. The one thing I would ask is that the hotel management look into is improving the coffee. When I read that the coffee was bad in previous reviews, I didn't think it could be that bad, but it really is. Both the cappuccino that the lady at breakfast made for me out of the machine in the bar and also the coffee in the breakfast room are so bad that I couldn't drink them. It really isn't up to standard for the quality of this hotel. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the hotel require a €200 deposit up front in addition to the cost of the stay. The reason I mention this is that it took a week to be released back into my account so budget to include this €200 and you will be €200 richer after your stay! The room has a kettle, make up desk, table and chairs, TV and a full sized wardrobe with a safe inside.

The only thing I could fault is on the housekeeping side, I mentioned it to the gentleman when I was checking out but as it didn't affect my stay I didn't bring it up during my time in the hotel. More care needs to be taken with cleaning behind the mini fridge. Its on wheels so it should be wheeled out and cleaned behind after each stay. The reason I mention this is when I first got to the room I didn't think the fridge was working so I had to pull it out to check the plug was inserted correctly and there was a coffee sachet and also a cigarette (unused) of some sort behind it on the floor. There are also coffee stains down the wall. This wouldn't stop me from staying in this hotel again, I know if I had have mentioned it they would have rectified it immediately.

1. There is no hygienic shower. 2. There is no shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo. 3. When open toilet, it covers the water push and you cannot flush it. 4. There are few rooms with large beds and I had to wait 2 days. 5. Bad view inner walls and etc...from room... 6. I think too expencive

We stayed here for our short trip to Paris. The staff were very helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable. They were always ready to accommodate you with all your needs. We are very grateful to Elona for her help during our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was very quiet,comfortable and spotless. Thank you very much to all of you !!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central hotel in Paris.

Prime location, easy access and connections to everything a tourist could desire to visit while in Paris. Quiet and comfortable hotel for a family vacation. Rooms were cleaned up every single day (we stayed for 5 nights), without exception. We liked complimentary espresso machine in the room, which was regularly recharged (although my husband and I are heavy coffee consumers 😅). Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff (at all instances). Worm and authentic French style interior giving us special experience. We really loved this hotel and have already recommended it to our friends who are planning their visit to Paris in November. We hope to be lucky enough to stay in this hotel again! The location in the City Centre was great for travels on foot. We visited several weeks before the Olympics 2024, so for us many roads were closed, construction everywhere, for the greater cause. Overall impression was ok. Rooms are light, airy, classic design - cozy feeling inside and wonderful rest. The breakfast was splendid, typical Parisian - meaning fantastic: freshly baked pastry, breads, yogurts, eggs, ham of exceptional quality. You can also find some for specific dietary requests.

Some of the staff members, particularly the young Lady in the front desk. She would condecending, Twice got our pick up time wrong. She was rude and made fun of us because of the language although she spoke English. She acted as if we were bothering her. No amedities whats so ever, tried to have a drink at the bar and waited for 35 minutes before the front desk clerk came and did not know how to make a simple Martini, thats not important, just the lack of customer service, like I said they made you feel uncomfortable for being a client
