We really liked staying in this hotel as it really fits 4* hotel: clean, spacey bathroom, quality towels, iron in the room, available drinking water, gym, good breakfast. Employees at the reception were very hospitable and helpful! The location is very good (walking distance from the main square, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, also Metro).

The employees in the restaurant during breakfast were not sustainable good. On the weekend there were not enough people to serve the customers. We had to ask several times to make coffee and the girl first was serving people who asked later - it felt very bad. The other day it happened again, then it was two girls that were behaving quite ignoring. During the working days everything was fine. It's a pity that our impression was not so great because of the restaurant.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. They worked very hard to make sure that the food, coffee and service were exceptional. I don't remember their names but they were there during breakfast most of the weekdays. And the evening staff were so helpful also.

We stayed for 5 nights. I just wanted a few drawers for clothes so I didn't have to use the chair for them.

Lovely staff, stylish decor, clean and new

The room was cramped. There was nowhere to put suitcases without blocking walkways. There was a small table, but no work desk and the light switches were impossible to find and distinguish between all the switches, meaning you had to turn mutltiple lights on or off numerous times until you found the correct switch.

Convenient location to great spots clean rooms and excellent service by the staff. They were so attentive and very helpful with guiding us. The hotel was very clean. Small rooms but great for the price.

The restrooms are a bit small and the showers leak water from hard flow of water and shower being same level as floors. No pool in property.

The staff were wonderful and welcoming and facilitated a slight schedule change. The amenities were good and location was close to most historical sites.

The hotel and staff were amazing but the location was on a main street and protests were ongoing which woke us up several times. This is of course out of the control of the hotel

Breakfast is a varied and generous buffet and dining room staff are very attentive. Nice to be able to get a drink or a meal in the pleasant cafe at any time. Room and shower spacious and comfortable. Good location in Historic Centre, twenty minute walk from central square. Helpful reception staff.

Staff, breakfast, room - all was great. Special thanks to the hostess who helped us resolve the plane ticket issue. She was beyond excellent!

The location could be better, but that’s not the hotel's fault, of course. I’d recommend staying in Polanco, Roma, etc

Beautiful, clean, and very centrally located. Easy to walk places. Good restaurants close by. Staff very helpful. Room was lovely but small. Bedwas comfortable, but small, a well-equipped gym and a lovely rooftop terraza. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Confortable and great location. Very clean, well kept and modern hotel. The restaurant is not great, but there are so many other options of food around. All staff was amazingly kind.

Just the restaurant. It was pretty average.

The rooms were nice, staff helpful and friendly. We could left our baggage in the hotel after the checkout. And there was also possibility of an erly check in (at 12 instead of 15).

We could hear the people in the next room.
