It has a wonderful beach and it's very close to the beach . Great views for breakfast and lunch. It's not very over crowded . Caring freidly staff is an understatement. Food was decent and clean. Very chill atmosphere and it's not full of gringos . Yes I'm a gringo but i enjoy staying with the Mexicans a little more to experience different company .

The fridge was too small and too warm

this is a very good hotel in terms of value for money. It practically has averythign you would expect from a all inclusive option. for me the best was the service and the location. you can literally just walk to the beach. plsu the staff wehere very friendly. the food was extremely good. great value for money. this was a nice surprise.

the hotel is on the small side. there is no apart area for the shows and dance. its just next to the lobby. so if you want to sleep there is noise till 11:00 pm. moreover, the rooms are old and a bit smelly. also a bit on the small side. they could invest in renewing the facilities a little bit.

Being right on the beach and across the street from restaurants and shopping as we only have the breakfast included in our stay. The BBQ nights were nice as it was served with a great view of the ocean and you just bill to your room.

The music that they play was always loud. Sitting by the pool you could hardly have a conversation. Almost every night they had music of some sort in the lobby stage which you could hear in your room. This could be turned down some and stopped be 11 would have been nice. Not a lot of English spoken by the staff.

This hotel has all the amenities required. The rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. There are some issues here though. I read in some reviews how great the restaurants were here. We did not find this at all, one restaurant was for snacks like hamburgers, hot dogs and fries, while the other is a buffet. You can order ala carte at the main restaurant but the menu is very limited. The buffet was just edible, and way overpriced for what you get. I would rate the buffet a 2.5/5. This place, like a lot of other hotels was extremely loud with music blaring all day and into the night, most nights until 10 pm. I love music, but I've never understood why the volume needs to be at 11 in Mexico. If you get a room with ocean view, overlooking the pool be prepared for little rest here. If that weren't bad enough, there is a disco at the hotel immediately next door that starts up around 10 pm until around 2 am. Brutal, absolutely brutal. Bring ear plugs. We did enjoy our stay, but it could have been a lot better. Liked I said before, bring ear plugs.

The location is superb, beautiful beach area and directly across the street from shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, the facility was very clean. The guests were almost all locals so entertainment and food definitely geared toward that. But I really enjoyed the mix. The entertainment was awesome, highly talented singers and lots of energy. Security everywhere which was comforting, especially travelling alone. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. The air conditioning was perfect and a small fridge in the room kept what I needed very cold. Overall a great experience. A shout here to Meghan who really went beyond to ensure I was well taken care of.

Communications with guests about the facilities and what's going on (such as which restaurants are open what nights, the reservation process, where does one get snacks, what cocktails and drinks are available to all-inclusive and what's not included ..... that could be better. Maybe a board up in lobby area or something like that. I found it confusing because things change daily in terms of what restaurants are open, what is Mexican night, International night, etc.

Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and quiet for sleeping. Good variety at the buffet, all facilities very clean and well maintained. Wifi service also good. Hotel surroundings have a nice ambience.

Most of the staff speak Spanish only and announcements are made in Spanish so we missed out on somethings such as the Barbecue dinner because we needed reservations. Suggested to the management they should post daily activities in the Lobby for English speaking guests.

Staff is super friendly, live music in the evenings was fun, room very comfortable, beach is gorgeous and clean.

There was a single line for check in, check out, money exchange or simply to ask a question. Line was out of control, at least 25 people. No property map available and reception didn’t offer pool, gym or restaurant hours. Had to inquire myself. Called about money exchange value, got one price, went downstairs to complete transaction and was then given a different price.

We had an oceanside view with two beds, and the view was absolutely amazing. The pool and adjacent area was kept pretty clean, and the mall directly across the street had plenty of restaurants and stores to wander into and around. The beach was gorgeous, even with more crowds than we had anticipated, and perfect for jogging, strolling or just people-watching while tanning. And the hotel is a quick 10-15 minute drive to the town of Zihuatanejo, a pleasant town that's much less "touristy" and more "real", as well as having some fantastic restaurants and it's own similar-but-different beaches.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent at its very best in our room on the fifth floor, although it was better in the lobby; we were using the free Wi-Fi plan that allows three simultaneously connected devices, it may be worth it to you to upgrade to the paid version. We had to check out pool towels instead of just being able to grab and go, which got a little annoying when you have to wait in a line for towels. The nightly entertainment sometimes goes to 11:30 and you'll probably be able to hear it from your room so be prepared for that.

The employees were top notch. The poolside food demo's were a great bonus. The outdoor sun beds were the best part.

The television stations but that's to be expected. The breakfast was the same every day. Not much variety. The omelette chef was great. She handled the volume without any stress. Great smile every morning.

We very much enjoyed the staff. We found them to be both welcoming and friendly. The grounds were very pleasant, and well looked after.

Our room was on the 3rd foor and as a result we heard the music every nite from downstairs. The next time we visit we will choose a room on the 8th floor or higher. The music was not as loud on these floors.
