Great hotel, stayed many times, good gym, good food, good location

It is one of the only hotels in the world that insists on 1000 Bart deposit at check in, this causes lots of extra burden on paperwork, and seems a wasted effort, they have my credit card as security.

Very impressive lobby. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

The receptionist were not the most helpful, but all other staff were. I paid a deposit on arrival and they did not apply it to my room so I lost it. It was only 1000 bhat but it should Not have happened. Reception dis not handle this wells. Also paid my bill the night before I checked out and in the morning they had got it wrong so had to do it all again. Not a great experience but overall the stay was good.

We stay at Dulux room ,19th floor and the view was amazing, Some staff are so nice ( who serve brought the food to us in the room.)

The room seem a bit dusty. but some seem not fraindly. What's happened was me and my family having breakfast and we are 7 of us on the table. I asked one of the staff ( to clear the table so we could have some room. The response was she just ignored and the way she looked just not very friendly at all, so I asked her again. It's a shame that one staff action bring my experience this time to unprasent. I think there is the some room for some staff to improve herself. Apart of that I think it's great. Thanks.

They had the same things on the Breakfast Buffet they need to put out different fruit like mango, pineapple, and papaya. The food needs to be warm and hot. Coffee machines not working need to replace with new ones and they should have 3 instead of 2. They need to extend the Breakfast hours from 06:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. so you can enjoy your breakfast when you get up at 09:00 a.m.

I had ask for a rental car to travel for the day and the lady said no problems then she has a taxi for us and I told her that’s not what you told me and it ruin our plans for the day.

The staff could not be more helpful. At first we were booked into 2 different rooms on separate floors but because we were with my teenage daughter we really wanted to at least be on the same floor. Despite the hotel being fully booked within 10 minutes they had found 2 rooms on the same floor with wonderful views over Khon Kaen. Superb service! On top of that incredibly comfy bed. Huge bathroom and delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want. Will stay again if we come to the city again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room size was unexpectedly huge.

While relaxing by the pool we were very often disturbed by outside visitors, students who used to visit after school, maintenance during the day and wedding preparation which should started 3 pm started at 10 am and we could not enjoy at all pool area upon being informed that pool will close at 3 pm for wedding. Guests from FIT room coming straight to the pool without taking shower, i believe management should enforce basic hygiene after use of gym. Also there is a very strong odor in the corridors coming from wet carpet i believe.

My family and I have now been on a number of occasions to the Pullman and have always enjoyed our stay, so much so that even a number of staff remember us from past visits. The cleanliness is always good and for this I must thank the housekeeping staff, equally the staff are always polite and friendly.

Sadly, as with previous write ups that I have submitted on the Pullman, which don't appear to have been answered or responded to? Is the breakfast buffet, although there is always a good choice and variety, the hot dishes are never hot and always just barely warm, also they never appear to be topped up when the trays are almost empty, why are the hot trays not turned up so that the food is kept hot/warm. Surely it will only take minimum staff to oversee this? The above also refers to the plates that are not kept in the switched on warming facility, why? The above comment does not in any way reflect on the egg station which always gives a good service.

Large rooms with enormous bathroom (separate shower and large bath). Type of grandeur and styling throughout that reminds me of 5 star Sheratons in 1990s. Central location in Khon Kaen with variety shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pool area lacked any chairs or shade and was barren and bare. Unsure if this was because it had been cleared as was a conference dinner in space on one evenings we were there (pool area closed) or if it usually looks this way.

I loved the whole experience. I can’t say enough about the staff. Helpful, friendly and polite. It seems as though they couldn’t do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The location was fairly central and an easy walk to the Central Festival shopping mall. I think the beds could do with an upgrade. Mine was a single. I found it hard and sagged in the middle and felt a little lumpy. It wasn’t horrible mind you but for that luxury feel that the Pullman experience delivers, the beds need looking at

Think about replacing the carpet in the dining area. It looks thread bare and a little disgusting. New matresses are a must

Staying at the Raja Orchid Pullman, I truly had nothing to complain about, which is remarkable since I can usually find fault with just about anything! The beds were so comfortable that I suspected they were using clouds as mattresses, and the soundproofing was so effective I started to wonder if I was the only guest in the hotel. The food was so delicious that I considered never leaving. With world-class service and staff who mysteriously knew what I wanted before I even knew myself, this hotel stay set the bar impossibly high for future travels!
