Spacious, warm, quiet and clean room. Varied and good breakfast with a view. Parking the car is effortless. Everything worked and the service was uncomplicated

The 1933 restaurant could also offer local dishes such as lamb.

My spa experience was very disappointing. The Resal clay sauna treatment was excellent. Don't bother with a massage... very subpar experience. Save your money to spend elsewhere. Breakfast was good just be aware that the dining room gets overwhelmed in the morning when the hotel is busy. Pick an off peak time to eat.

Nice hotel with a fantastic view and very nice breakfast (the smoked salmon was obviously a highlight). The beds were comfy and the soap provided in the rooms was very nice too.

We were aware of it, but what potential guests need to take into account, is that the hotel is slightly removed from the city. This is not a problem when arriving by car. But when arriving by coach, it can be a bit of a walk to get to.

Nice hotel with a good standard in terms of service and facilities. Nice view of Tórshavn and the bay.

We had to move rooms three times before getting one that was as you would expect at their price level. First room had construction outside the window that blocked the view. Second room smelled constantly like an old nursing home or soiled clothes even though we had the window open for extended periods of time. Third was good.

Brilliant views, great breakfast, nice walk down to the city, quite steep but still nice the hotel had a path! Large room, chrome cast built in with tv so can watch a film on your favourite steaming service should you want to. Window open had a lovely fresh breeze, Only stayed one night so cant comment on anything else. Coffee machine, mini fridge with free water was nice!

Paper thin pillows, maybe being from Britain we are in the minority with this, otherwise bed was really comfortable. Everyplace we stayed had the same type of pillow to be fair

Very good location from the view perspective but far from centre. Very nice staff and comfortable conditions but sauna in the spa was only infrared, no pool.

Quite expensive, although prices in Thorshavn are pretty high. Very good restaurant and bar in the hotel but open only till 23:00.

This hotel is not only nice and cozy but also offers a beautiful view. With ample parking and proximity to the capital yet far enough to enjoy nature, it strikes the perfect balance. The food is delicious, and although we initially planned for just one night, after experiencing the comfort and fair pricing, we decided to make it our base for the entire trip. It's a gem that exceeded our expectations, making our stay even more memorable.

Costs for souvenirs like soap etc, way more cheaper at airport.

Hotel was nice and clean and all staff very kind. Good breakfast, lot of healthy options of meal.

The bar staff could have been a bit faster, more accommodating, and flexible. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, so it's good to keep that in mind.
