A good, clean, affordable stay. Friendly staff. A short walk to the museums, restaurants and shops. I would stay there again! Dog was happy in the room as well and all pets were staying conveniently on the 1st floor with easy access to go outside.

There was only a couple of small minuses. The first one being that there wasn't any plain black tea (or even English Breakfast or Earl Grey flavour) available for hotel guests. All of the teas had odd fruit, berry or sweets flavours. The second one was lumpy pillows.

The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, which makes it very easy to stay. Very convenient self-check in procedure. Coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. The rooms are minimally furnished but have everything you need. I enjoyed this eco-friendly design and decisions.

The breakfast selection is very limited, but the thing I disliked most was the very high threshold in the room between the bedroom and bathroom. I think it could very easily be made more sloping.

Good location for the price, relatively spacious rooms. Good breakfast, coffee and tea available through the day.

Cleanliness was relative, we had two rooms: one pretty clean, in other there were traces of hair or fur on the pillow and bedsheets. Also the tables of the breakfast could be cleaned a little better, in the evening under some tables there were still some leftovers since breakfast...

Nice location, free bikes to explore the city, clean, free & good fresh coffee and selection of teas whole day, great breakfast. Plus is also that it’s Finnish family owned chain!

Interior design is quite dull & minimalistic and some esthetic things like choice of colours or for example or steel bars / steel doors not that warm or inviting, more like a student dorm feeling.

Clean, cozy, good location, friendly staff and they offered me a little green bike which was perfect for exploring the city.

The breakfast was good, but it had no variations over the week (from Sunday to Friday they served the same type of food). Apart from this I can't say anything bad about this place.

Good situated hotel, close to the city center, very comfortable beds, clean and very nice breakfasts. Downstair in loby is small kitchen with tea and caffe which you can prepare 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for nice staying 😊

I hanged the clean room notice a couple times, but room wasn't cleaned. Not critical, it would have been nice to have had the room cleaned as the stay was of 6 days.

We stayed there on our way to Levi and back. Overall comfy and warm rooms, nice price performance. Kind and helpful receptionists. 9/10 would stay again, and definiteley would recommend staying there.

The shower could be slightly bigger (and the shower curtain/door itself) as the shower door does not really stop the shower water from splashing on the rest of the bathroom floor. but this is minor inconvenience.

Everything was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast facilities are bit small, but it was very ok. Simple nothing fancy. They welcome also pets so i will definitely stay there next time also. Free coffee and cacao is available around the clock. In our room we had some cups and kettle. It is possible to heat food up in 2.flooor shared kitchen and also use dishes. Close by is very nice lake an Manson with nice garden

Actually everything was fine. Rooms are bit small, but functional

Coffee is free 24/7. Breakfast nice according the the price. Some toys for children. Quite and clean rooms.

Too less place to park a bigger car, parking is only for smaller cars. Parking is quite expensive, additional 13 euros per night.
