Love this hotel in a classic but updated building. The property has two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), a very expansive breakfast offering, a great restaurant (which is run by one of the more well know and popular dining brands in Rosario), and a kind and thoughtful staff. In addition, hotel guests have privileges to work out at a great gym next door for free. Location is great and has easy access to many of the sights in Rosario. This is the 4 or 5 time staying here and it’s my go to when staying in the city.

I’m a big fan of the classic rooms with high ceilings and vintage features but it may be time to update the bathrooms. Also, the outdoor pool is nice but more could be done to decorate around it. Indoor pool is very well styled.

Breakfast was good, place they served it was great. Swimming pool is there just for show. Not cleaned in a while. Building is 115 years old but very well kept. Art decor, high ceilings, large rooms and corridors were the highlight of our trip. Hotel is very well located, close to everything.

City is going through tough times. Many old buildings but left un touched. They must have a glorious past when they could spent so much money to build all these wonderful buildings than go broke. Still city has lots to offer.

Location was very good and the Rock and Roll bar was excellent

The Wifi was very intermittent and I was very disappointed with the upstairs pool…really not much bigger than a bathtub..and they have room to make it much better

The room was nice however with no direct day-light. Only a small window facing an internal corridor. Good breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rocio in particular was really great and kind.

To drink something at the bar, we had to wait as external clients. The room was a bit dark.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The old hotel is attractive and room was comfortable. Decently quiet despite the loud restaurant music. Good breakfast.

Very disappointed at the demise of the previous restaurant. The all neon rock ‘n roll do is not appealing (can’t speak to the food, I didn’t eat there). Previous restaurant/cafe was charming, even elegant. The new version looks ugly, cheap, and corporate, and there’s no where to sit with a coffee to wait for a friend.

Location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, having R&F bar downstairs is a plus. Breakfast was good but not amazing, from 7 to 10.

The staff was so so, they could work on how to handle a customer service job.

Staff charming and extremely helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Quirky decor and fabulous equally quirky restaurant attached. Great breakfast spread.

Nothing. Small point but perhaps add tea/coffee making g facilities in rooms.

Everything was lovely. Location, pool, vibe.

I left a electric cigarette charging in the television and forgot, we went back to get it. They logged the loss in the computer and never heard back… Staff can’t smile.

The rooms were a good size everywhere you went was spotless ,the staff were very helpfull and being part of rockerfellows a big bonus. Staff in the restaurant were helpfull especially ĺflorencia basol, which really made my stay enjoyable thanks

The bed for me was too hard

Nice hotel, but the quality of the rooms are deficient. The wooden floor had a whole piece of wood missing, if you would take a shower then the whole bathroom would flood, the rooms in person are way too different than what you see in pictures.
