Everything was great. They have great options for breakfast and it was super delicious.

We booked and paid for 2 nights from saturday until monday but during some unexpected emergency issues we had to check out on sunday, so we only stayed one night. The receptionist lady didn't mention any refund or anything. She didn't ask any questions at all. She just took the key card and said have a good night. I forgot to ask about the refund because i was in a hurry. So i would like to know if we should get it or not? Thank you in advance.

Although we arrived early, the extremely friendly manager made sure we could get to our room ( that was being cleaned ) in half an hour, in the meantime inviting to help ourselves to a drink in the comfortable lobby. Staff was very friendly, pool was great, and the rooms very clean with comfy beds. Would gladly stay again !

Nothing not to like about this hotel !!

The room was spacious and clean.

Parking is tight and crowded. We had our vintage pickup so we’re a bit nervous about how close the parking spaces are but had no issues.

Staff are very friendly all smiles and worked hard Management was very nice and turned on the slide for our granddaughter Would return again!

Breakfast was ok, I'm not a fan of carton eggs

I booked the facilities because it had a hot tub, but to my extreme disappointment I was told it wasn't in use when I checked in, This should be knowledge prior to booking. Apparently it won't be up and running until Christmas

We really liked the hospitality in the hotel. Special Kudos to Aamir at front desk. We have never seen that kind of customer service in any of the hotel we stayed. Also the breakfast was great and Maribel was very helpful and always kept smile on her face while serving the breakfast. Last day we met Tony, Manager of the property and he is also very kind person and customer service is their top priority. Again I would mention Aamir gave us overall great experience starts from room selection till checkout. I would highly recommend to go and stay their if you are looking something near to Jasper and great prices.

It was all good. I did not find anything not like about my stay.

Sofa bed can only sleep one adult person not 2. If it’s 2 small children this would work but when we booked I said 6 adults.
